When we got to our room we realized the ac was rattling like a jet we tried calling the front desk but the phone didn't work. Thete was mold in the bath tub and on the wall in the bathroom. My husband who is 77 with many health issues went down to the front desk The clerk was not receptive to changing the room at first then did. The new room had a working ac but the remote for the TV was dead. The bathroom especially around the tub needs regrouping this one was black. We are Bonvoy members but not happy at all. Hilton does it better.

Nice hotel, but the wifi only worked half of the time. The room was nice and clean, but nothing special. What I didn't like was the pool. It was small and didn't look clean. I was excited to use it, but then never went in because I felt dirty looking at it.
Also, the breakfast needs bacon and plain eggs. Everything was some cheesy egg concoction with only sausage.

Felt like it was a very outdated hotel needing some TLC. Staff no where to be found at check in. Shower was dirty and terrible pressure. Stay = Not bad but not good

Amazing except for one thing
Everything about this hotel was great. Friendly staff, very clean, spacious room, and amazing breakfast. Only issue was the A/C, tried to make the room colder but it just wasn’t working. Didnt mess up my stay though, still really happy.
