The Cheomside shopping mall is right across the traffic light. There is a 24-hour McDonald's right in front, and the friendly staff who know what you need and offer it to you before you ask were nice!
In Korea, you can't use the washing machine at night, so I asked the hotel, and they told me that it is available 24 hours, so I was able to do my laundry comfortably.
It was nice that there was a washing machine, dryer, stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, electric kettle, iron, and safe, and it was great value for money. It seems like a hotel where you can stay for a long time! However, there is a siren sound day and night and car noise, but I personally think that it is a big advantage, so I can cover up these points!

The layout with the 2 separate rooms worked well for a group of 4. Only issue was the split bedding in the second room, the single beds being on wheels, it felt like they moved while sleeping. Secure parking was ideal, we had a SUV and had no issues fitting. Location was good, just across the road from a big shopping center And self contained kitchen was sufficient to cook breakfast but otherwise didn't spend any other mealtimes in the rooms. Decently clean, just don't expect fluffy towels or fresh soft sheets. Staff was friendly!

I enjoyed staying at the Quest, I loved that fact that it was very close proximity to the Chermside shopping centre. The staff was super friendly and welcoming.

We booked the interconnected rooms which was plenty of space for us, seemed pretty clean but did find 2 dirty plates in the dishwasher. My annoyance was that there is no sound proofing at all, there was ambulance sirens all hours of the night I barely slept and in the morning my daughter was woken by a crowd of parakeets at 0530. The shower water pressure is rubbish and the beds are crazy firm. There is no direct access from the parking (lucky we were travelling light) It is walking distance to chermside Westfield. Wouldn’t stay again unfortunately because we literally had no sleep.

We stayed in a lovely 1 bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor. We were so close to an enormous shopping centre, but it was very quiet. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had all the facilities we could want; washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, stove top, oven, with plenty of crockery, cutlery and utensils. The complimentary grabngo breakfast supplies had everything we needed to make breakfast in our room. Check in was easy and the secure parking under the building was appreciated. A great stay!
