這次是帶媽媽自駕旅行，從長沙到深圳，中途在韶關停的時候第一次入住希爾頓歡鵬酒店感覺就很好，所以回程在郴州停留的時候又選擇了希爾頓酒店，這次入住郴州北湖希爾頓歡朋的體驗堪稱完美！從踏入大堂那一刻起，就被優雅的環境和熱情的服務深深打動。工作人員小玲萌主動幫忙提行李，介紹周邊景點，貼心程度滿分！房間乾淨整潔，床品柔軟舒適，智能馬桶、咖啡機等細節配置超驚喜。特別是夜景房視野絕佳，晚上俯瞰城市燈火，氛圍感拉滿！早餐種類豐富，現煮麪檔超暖心。無論是硬件設施還是軟件服務都無可挑剔，是我這十幾天的行程以來，入住酒店體驗感最好的一次，下次來郴州一定首選這裏，強烈推薦！而且以後再去別的城市，我也會優先選擇希爾頓歡朋酒店

商務出差首選郴州北湖希爾頓歡朋！位置優越，步行可達地鐵站和商圈。房間辦公桌寬敞，高速Wi-Fi信號穩定，辦公效率高。行政酒廊下午茶和歡樂時光餐食豐富，省去外出覓食時間。洗衣房24小時開放，烘乾機超方便。特別點贊前台玲萌小姐姐，專業又貼心。下次來郴州還會入住，推薦!!!

酒店地點離市中心不遠。自駕到酒店時閘前停車場職員耐心盡責指引，酒店前台職員有禮，大堂有飲品供應。早餐食物質素好，只是杯子未能及時清洗供應，退房時還送了小禮物包。整體良好！
