The worst hotel in China. Due to poor farmers' wages, the road to the hotel was blocked by farmers' cars. As a result, we had to wait outside for nearly 2 hours. During this period, our right thumb was pinched and bled. We called 110 and complained to 12345. Breakfast not available. Contact the hotel, and use official talk to investigate whether this happened, so whoever stays in the hotel will be unlucky.

I booked a 1,200 yuan suite with my baby. There were four bottles of water in the room. I asked the front desk to send four more bottles of water, but I was told that the room could only send two more bottles... This hotel really has a bad hand. It has such a good environment but no facilities and the breakfast is very poor. Your room rates are not cheap, and your service facilities are not even rated 3 stars.

From check-in to checkout, there are no staff prompts and QR codes at the front desk. If you use a car to go out in the middle, you will be charged 5 yuan per hour. When I contacted my supervisor, I still got no reply. Please improve the process. 4 Door locks and security: When I went back to the hotel and swiped my room card, there was no response and I couldn’t get in. I went downstairs to the front desk and printed the card again and still couldn’t get in. I was very angry. I called for room service on the floor. I swiped my card to open the door without asking anything, which made me even more angry. Sorry, no safety awareness at all. Tell the aunt that I want to use my own card to open the door, not yours. Asked the front desk staff for feedback: It's not a card problem, it's a door problem. A person from the engineering department came to the door and explained that lifting the door handle upward meant it was locked. In this state, the door card could not open the door. The managers should reflect on whether they should change the doors, change the locks, train employees, or train guests on how to open the door. In short, it is not appropriate for guests to run around. The key is that they have not opened the door after two trips. 5. For the phone number of the superior suite, all hotel live broadcast buttons show that this number is empty. Are you rushing to open the business without even getting ready? 6 Floor-to-ceiling window view: The promotion says river view and mountain view, but in fact it is the original black pipe and vertical "small chimney" that are not included in pictures 2 and 3, which is inconsistent with the promotion. 7 The corridor looks like construction is not yet complete, as shown in Figure 4.
