Receptionist was very friendly, even helped me with the luggage up to the 3rd floor. Room was very clean and everything looks so new! Bed was very comfortable!

The hotel is clean, new and really worth the price. If you come with friends/ driving i would recommend the hotel thou. Otherwise It's in the middle of nowhere so make sure you stock up your snacks before coming. Its 22km from the train station which cost me 70rmb taxi to get here, 10km from the lake area.
The owners were friendly and kind, offer to help bring my luggage up and down stair, also offer me free noodle for breakfast.
walking distanct is less the 1km but you will need to cross the road into the other side first before walking. I didnt understand the owner's explaination so ended up walk 2km, just found that out taking the taxi back😂.
overall that was a nice experience.

The biggest plus for this hotel is that it is just 850 meters from the tourist attraction for which we came. The GaoYi Ridge, also known as Feitianshan (飞天山高椅岭景区) Scenic Spot. This is a small family run hotel which does not have an elevator. But the owners help you to carry the luggage up. The room is small but adequate, the furniture and bathroom fittings well appointed. The toilet kit was standard, though I normally do not use the disposable toiletries. There is a restaurant a stone's throw away from the hotel, which served us adequate food even late at night.
The biggest disadvantage for this hotel is that it is about an hour's drive from the Chenzhou West Railway Station. But that did not deter us because our purpose was to go sightseeing for the GaoYi Ridge Danxia Landform.

第一次來郴州，我選擇入住高椅嶺客棧，也是看評論才入住該酒店，酒店房間特乾淨整潔、床鋪睡的特別舒適，住過很多酒店，個人感覺這次住高椅嶺客棧體驗感特舒服，一覺睡到大天亮，價格實惠，不是時間有限的話，還想到該酒店多住幾天，電車充電方便就在門口五十米內，客棧距離高椅嶺景區衹有八百米十分鐘路程，可開車過去也可歩行去景區，開車去景區的話還要二十元停車費，我是選擇歩行過去的，老闆還給我們介紹了景區內的遊玩路線。少走了很多彎路，進景區內遊玩歩行約三個小時左右，當然每個人走路看風景時間不一樣，但是時間相差也不會太大，老闆一家待客熱情好客。給我的感覺就像回到了家裡一樣。此評論是本人體驗的一點感受，共外出旅遊的家人們參考體驗。

這家酒店真的超出預期！位置特別方便，去景區非常方便，出行、吃飯都不用愁。
房間收拾得乾乾淨淨，床品柔軟舒服，晚上特別安靜，睡了個好覺。衞生間乾濕分離做得不錯，熱水也很足，洗漱體驗很好。
前台小姐姐小哥哥態度特別好，辦理入住退房都很麻利，有問必答，還主動給了一些本地遊玩的小建議，超貼心。
性價比很高，下次來這邊還會選這家，推薦給大家！

房間很乾凈、温馨，推開門，像回到自己家的感覺。
房間看起來裝修比較新，沒有任何異味，三張床1.8m、1.5m、1.35m，我們是閨蜜三兩個5歲的女娃，完全夠住，而且小朋友有伴，進去就很興奮，房間很貼心還準備了兩個娃娃，小傢伙好喜歡🥰直呼：這個房間我很喜歡。
房東服務特別好，辦理了入住，很貼心的問我們第二天是不是去高椅嶺，建議我們從西門入，而且還和我們説了從南門、西門進的區別。
第二天早餐後，還主動免費送我們去西門。還有每次住酒店都忘記東西的我，這次又忘了一件衣服，酒店老闆娘的爸爸還特意到早餐店告訴我們，因為把行李寄存在他們那，所以叔叔把衣服給我們裝好跟存放的行李放一起了。
整體感受特別好，強推這家酒店，朋友們閉眼住。
