Okay for transit, but bathroom & service were disappointing Room was small but fine for a short layover. The shared bathroom was very dirty—I didn’t even dare to shower. Room smelled musty too. The hotel was hard to find, and the staff who contacted me via WhatsApp was unhelpful—sent me a photo of the building instead of a proper map showing how to get inside. Only stay here if you’re desperate for a quick nap near the airport.

Being right next to the airport is the only advantage. The rooms are smelly... they could do better.

I would reckon for people who got layovers for more than 6-8 hrs. Otherwise it’s a waste of

Location wise

I am a female solo traveller, and I stayed here without meals. I stayed for about 3000 yen per night. I stayed only for 2 days, so I wanted to do some sightseeing as soon as I arrived at Chennai airport, and it was convenient to go to the airport early in the morning, so I chose this hotel. The hotel is located inside the Airport Metro station, so there are convenience stores, food shops and currency exchanges open in the morning, and a large shopping mall is within walking distance. Since it is inside the metro, it is convenient for transportation, and it is an advantage for women that they don't have to walk to the hotel at night. I think it's best to go with low expectations, such as a private room. They will store your luggage for you if you ask the front desk when you arrive, but since anyone can steal it just by leaving it there, it's a good idea to prepare something with a lock in advance. Towels and soap are included in the room amenities, but the toilet and shower are shared by men and women, and there is no shampoo or hair dryer. I was grateful that there were hangers in the closet. It may be inconvenient because other people can't use the toilet while you're taking a shower. There was hot water. If I were to rate it just for the location, I would give it 100 points. I would like to use it again.

Great location, close to airport (walkable distance), metro station nearby restaurants also available. Booked for 3 persons but room is very small unable to provide additional cot, and hotel denied to provide additional sheets also (existing sheets found stains). Manager told all rooms in this hotel are double rooms, Only online booking accepting for 3 persons. So please think before booking for 3 adults.

Very uncooperative staff. They did not talk properly and had very indecent behaviour. They do not provide customer support as well

It is very near to international terminal and located right below Metro with variety of eatery stalls.

The bedsheets, pillow covers are not changed for new guest check in. After reporting the hotel staff they are blaming to to another shift staff for the hygiene issue. Electric kettle is so dirty with the slury. Water tank are not clean regularly, during shower Water color are seen yellowish.

Good points - Relatively Clean and good location. Bad point - I arrived on check in day at 03:00 and left 11::00 same day. I had prepaid online and was aware that I would have to pay for early check in however I was socked to be charged 2000 rupees when there was a sign in the reception showing the tariff for early check in as 750 rupees plus 12% GST now my maths is not that great but that does not equal 2000 rupees as I had just come of a 16 hours flight I paid ad went to bed but trying to resolve the matter in the morning was futile. As a frequent visitor to Chennai I would not recommend this hotel and neither would I use the again.

Location of the property is very convenient as it's located very near to airport and metro .. but rooms are very small ... !! Good for a transit person .
