設施：酒店非經濟型，設施不敢恭維！房門卡易失效，反反覆覆三次；房間背景燈關不上，每晚需要工程部師傅來修理（之後我們乾脆不開了）；電視網線接觸不良；衣櫃門關不嚴，裏面的燈就亮着；陽台沒有紗門，而且從陽台進房間門上沒有把手；酒店建築造型漂亮，私隱保護不夠，大家去體會吧……
衞生：入住當天就發現房間門口有小強的屍體，考慮到這個酒店的級別，可能是消殺後殘留的，房間內沒有發現。如果説這件事是偶發，那麼早餐麪包裏果仁有哈喇味兒就令人失望了。
環境：酒店小環境綠化做的不錯，唯一令人滿意的地方。
服務：前台小姑娘態度不錯，奇葩事發生在保潔員身上，我們特意囑咐她就更換兩個垃圾桶的袋子即可，其他程序諸如床鋪衞生等等就不用做了，誰知她是自作主張將我們的紙袋扔了。
另外酒店承諾贈送的特色項目，沒有收到。

一進入酒店，就被它獨特的建築風格吸引了。房間細節處理得很到位，燈光柔和，床鋪舒適，就連洗衣液都是按壓式的，全自動吹風機也超好用，非常感謝前台麗娜幫忙協調房間續住，服務態度超級好，住在這裏真的太舒心啦。
