酒店門口和地下都可以停車；前台服務小姐全程板著臉像欠她錢一樣，讓人很不舒服😞；房間很大衞生乾淨，設施新熱水足。周邊環境安靜宜入睡。

宜尚酒店位置在澄邁老城區，位置很好，出行方便。酒店很新，設施不錯，整個房間幾乎都可以語音智能遙控（呼喊“小度小度”）。前台服務員的服務態度非常好，有問必答，熱情和藹。住了三天，唯一有點瑕疵的點，是電視機。號稱智能，但是“極光TV”點不開，“手機投屏”尚未開通，衹有IPTV能用，作為宣稱智能酒店、智能客房，但連優酷、愛奇藝、騰訊、芒果台都不沒有（至少要有1-2個可看吧），連想用手機投屏都不行，有點欠缺，希望能夠改進一下。

滿意，前台辦理入住服務很熱情，雖然是剛開業的酒店，房間一進去也沒啥裝修的味道，房間都是智能化的，就連馬桶也是智能的，衞生打掃的也很乾凈，，浴室很大.床也很舒服.

前台服務態度很好，房間很大，乾淨且舒適，雖然是新裝修的但是也沒什麼異味，還有一個免費的停車場，出行非常方便，入住體驗感非常好.
