設施：不能滿足基本需求，與房價嚴重不匹配，衹能是湊合睡個覺吧，也睡不踏實。
衞生：感覺好久沒有打掃過，住着很不放心！
環境：比較吵，大半夜沒法入睡。
服務：啥事都得自己動手，連個服務人員都找不到，更別談什麼服務了，體驗較差！
