Sheraton Hotels in Chengdu

Visiting Chengdu with my children, we booked the Sheraton through Ctrip. The booking included a complimentary adult ticket to the Panda Base, saving us 55 RMB. The hotel is conveniently located right by a subway station, making transportation very easy. Directly across the street is the Sichuan Science and Technology Museum. It wasn't on our original itinerary, but given its proximity, we decided to take the kids. There were many interactive exhibits, and it was quite busy during the summer holidays. Cleanliness: Very good, as expected from a reputable hotel. The bedding was extremely comfortable, and the air conditioning maintained a perfect temperature at night – neither too cold nor too warm. Service: The staff were incredibly friendly and polite. They assisted us with luggage and even installed a child safety rail for the bed. While children's toiletries weren't provided, they did offer children's toothbrushes. Facilities: While some facilities showed their age, they were clearly well-maintained and very clean. Our room, however, was newly renovated and provided a very comfortable stay.

The hotel is relatively new, with a good location, facing the lake, and a great view. The room is large and comfortable, the breakfast is rich and has Sichuan characteristics, the air conditioning is a little insufficient but the customer service is very fast. I like Xiaoou, the guest relations director, who pays attention to the needs of the guests, helps arrange a view room, and interacts more during the stay, which is very reassuring.
