Nostalgia Hotel Hotels in Chengdu

We checked in past midnight and stayed here for 2 nights. We were impressed by the impeccable services, notably the receptionist and housekeeping. We enjoyed the spacious layout of the rooms and amenities offered. The room was clean, bed and pillows were so fluffy, toilet was clean, water pressure was great, towels and bathrobes were clean too. The metro station (Luomashi station) is just 2 minutes walk away. There is also a convenient store and food court on the left of the hotel. All in all, it was a wonderful stay in Dorsett Hotel and we would definitely stay and recommend this hotel to our friends and family during our future trips!

Very close to the subway entrance, very convenient for travel. If you want to go to Chunxi Road Pedestrian Street, it's only a few minutes away. There are buses to various attractions and airports 200 meters away. It's so convenient. There are many types of breakfast. You can choose whatever you want. The room is clean, comfortable, tidy and elegant. Warm candies and handwritten blessing cards were given. The hotel staff also provided good service. Xiao Zhang and Qiqi in the front desk were very enthusiastic. Check-in was fast. Swipe the card to get on the elevator. It was very convenient and safe.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Crowne Plaza Chengdu, and overall, it was a very satisfying experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm and professional service. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and I was promptly shown to my room. The room itself was spacious, well-appointed, and offered all the amenities you'd expect from a hotel of this caliber. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a day of exploring Chengdu. The bathroom was clean and modern, with a great shower that had strong water pressure—a small detail that makes a big difference. One of the standout features of Crowne Plaza Chengdu is its excellent location. It’s situated right in the heart of the city, making it easy to access popular attractions, shopping centers, and restaurants. This convenience made my stay even more enjoyable, as I could easily walk or take a short ride to wherever I needed to go. The hotel's dining options were also impressive. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of both Western and Chinese dishes, ensuring that there was something for everyone. The quality of the food was high, and I particularly enjoyed the fresh pastries and local specialties. The facilities at Crowne Plaza Chengdu are top-notch. The fitness center was well-equipped, and the indoor pool was a great place to relax after a long day. I also appreciated the business center, which made it easy to catch up on work when needed. While the hotel is slightly older, it is well-maintained, and the charm of the classic design adds to the overall experience. In summary, Crowne Plaza Chengdu exceeded my expectations in terms of service, comfort, and convenience. It’s a great choice for both business and leisure travelers, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Chengdu.

Very old hotel in an old city area Used to be hassle and bustle however happening is thing in the past in this area Traffic is quite bad especially peak hours

Toilet shower better have door so when showering water won't wet the floor and washing basing can be bigger more better. Laundry no Aircon Abit hot .carpet for my room see a bit dirty. Besides that all is very perfect.

The apartment was big, clean, and very comfortable with all the facilities and equipment (the washing machine + dryer were very useful since we moved a lot and we had to wash some of our clothes). The personnel at the reception was very kind and all of them were English speakers. The breakfast was good. Sincerely, nothing to complain about. One of our best choices in our travel around China.

The staff are attentive, friendly, and responsive. The hotel is located strategically to most of the attractions and shopping area. The room was spacious enough to fit 2 king-sized beds and the beds were so comfy to sleep. The hotel breakfast served locally as well as international food, and I would rate high for taste. I would highly recommend my friends to stay in this hotel.

Centrally located and a weird mix of modern and classic hospitality. The hotel itself is nice and clean, and the room is a bit smaller than I expected (also I'm sure that they gave me a room smaller than I booked). They even have room-service and delivery robots that will bring stuff up to your room. Very cute and cool. Of course non-chinese travelers will always struggle in China as no staff speaks any English and also struggle with Google Translated Chinese, so as long as you have it all figured out and don't need to really interact with the staff, except one guy who was helpful and spoke good enough English.

Stayed 3 nights from 8-9-2024 to 11-9-2024, executive floors include club lounge service, room no.3322. Service is good, the club lounge provides ”all day” meal service which is great 😃👍🏻. Also thanks for your birthday cake which was really a surprise for us. One thing to remind you is that the pouring water system of your sauna is breaking, also the temperature is quite low. Will definitely stay again if we go back to Chengdu again.
