The check-in experience is great. The lobby is spacious and bright, and the upgraded renovation is also very beautiful, with a sense of luxury. The front desk service is fast and thoughtful, and the front desk girl Huanhuan is enthusiastic and should be praised. The store is really good, and the water delivery is considerate; the breakfast is rich and worth recommending, the taste is good and very attentive; the location and transportation are convenient, the facilities are complete, the room is clean, the hot water is fast, the room is quiet and soundproof, the active upgrade is more comfortable, the environment is clean and bright, the enthusiasm is efficient and the response is fast; the price is affordable and the parking is free. I am really satisfied, and the service attitude is particularly warm; the overall comfort is very satisfactory. The appearance is beautiful and the interior is clean, and the dry and wet separation design is wonderful; parking is convenient and the sleep is good. The sound insulation effect is great, the layout is perfect and the mood is strong, and the feeling of home is really good; a good place to relax with a strong artistic atmosphere, quiet and comfortable in the hustle and bustle.

During my recent two-day stay, I occupied rooms 3503 and 2308. Room 3503 offers a splendid high-rise view of the street, whereas room 2308, though lower in elevation, boasts a more elegant layout with soothing potted plants and lighting right at the entrance. The mini-fridge stocked with complimentary snacks and beverages was a nice touch, and the attentive service from the hotel’s dedicated CTrip.com concierge, along with the helpful bellboys at the lobby, enhanced my experience. However, the wait for the elevators was a bit tedious. The building has three passenger elevators and one service elevator, with two designated for Quanji Hotel guests and one and the service is for Xiyue guests. Since the two elevators for Xiyue are unlinked to each other, guests often press both buttons, leading to prolonged waits and repeated door openings. A potential solution could be to either share one guess elevator between Quanji and Xi Yue or to coordinate the passenger and service elevators better. Despite this, I would happily return for another stay.
