The location is fantastic, right next to Taikoo Li, making it super convenient for shopping and sightseeing, all within walking distance, yet surprisingly quiet despite being in a bustling area. The breakfast was amazing; I ate it for three days straight! It offered a rich variety of Chinese and Western options, with authentic Dan Dan noodles and egg cakes, plus all sorts of fruits. The late-night snack service was a thoughtful touch, with hot porridge and small bites served promptly after 9 PM every night, so you don't have to worry about going hungry even if you arrive late. The service was excellent too; every staff member was friendly and polite from check-in to check-out, and all my requests were met instantly. The attention to detail truly made for a very comfortable stay.

My stay at the Chengdu Hi-tech Xiyue Hotel during the May Day holiday was absolutely perfect. The hotel is in a great location, making it super convenient for getting around, and the environment is clean and quiet. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and efficient, handling check-in and check-out quickly. The room was tidy and bright, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the toiletries were well-stocked. There was plenty of hot water with good water pressure too. Housekeeping was meticulous and thorough, and the cleaning staff were very considerate. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and overall, it was excellent value for money. The service was attentive and thoughtful, making my stay comfortable and hassle-free. I was very satisfied with my holiday stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. I'll choose it again next time.
