This time I came to Chengdu and stayed at Chengdu High-tech Xiyue Hotel. The stay experience was perfect and must be given a five-star praise! Before arriving at the hotel, a staff member called to ask about the arrival time and how much luggage I had. He also helped me move the luggage. Thank you very much [love] The staff who checked in were enthusiastic, and the professional and considerate service made people feel like spring breeze. Whether it was the efficient and fast check-in procedures or the rapid response to various needs during the stay, they all demonstrated excellent service standards. The room layout is unique, the decoration is exquisite, the space is spacious and bright, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and you will feel refreshed when you wake up. The bathroom is clean and tidy, and the toiletries are of high quality and exude a pleasant aroma. The hotel's catering is a highlight. The breakfast is rich and varied, the ingredients are fresh, the cooking skills are superb, and every dish is memorable. The supporting facilities are also very complete, including gyms, etc. The public areas are spotlessly clean and the environment is quiet and pleasant. The transportation location is convenient, and it is convenient to shop in the surrounding attractions and shops. In this hotel, I spent an extremely pleasant time. It is undoubtedly a leader in the hotel industry. I will choose to stay here next time. I strongly recommend it to all travelers!

During my recent two-day stay, I occupied rooms 3503 and 2308. Room 3503 offers a splendid high-rise view of the street, whereas room 2308, though lower in elevation, boasts a more elegant layout with soothing potted plants and lighting right at the entrance. The mini-fridge stocked with complimentary snacks and beverages was a nice touch, and the attentive service from the hotel’s dedicated CTrip.com concierge, along with the helpful bellboys at the lobby, enhanced my experience. However, the wait for the elevators was a bit tedious. The building has three passenger elevators and one service elevator, with two designated for Quanji Hotel guests and one and the service is for Xiyue guests. Since the two elevators for Xiyue are unlinked to each other, guests often press both buttons, leading to prolonged waits and repeated door openings. A potential solution could be to either share one guess elevator between Quanji and Xi Yue or to coordinate the passenger and service elevators better. Despite this, I would happily return for another stay.
