Hyatt Place Hotels in Chengdu

My family really enjoyed our stay in this hotel during our trip to Chengdu. The ladies at the front desk and the trip.com travel representative were very friendly and provided us with helpful information about the hotel and surroundings. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Our house keeper (刘用碧) accommodated our schedules and did an excellent job to clean and setup our room every day. There are plenty of nice restaurants near the hotel. Shopping center and metro station are only a few minutes walk away. Driving to Shuangliu International Airport takes less than 20 minutes without traffic.

I stayed in this hotel on a business trip to Chengdu from May 12 to 14. I stayed in a king-size room on the first day, and changed to a standard twin room on the second day because I had to stay with my colleagues. On the third day, I left the hotel for the airport and found sporadic small red spots on my arms with itching. I thought it was a mosquito bite and didn't pay attention to it. A few days after returning to Shanghai, the rash became more and more serious. There were red spots on my calves, arms, and fingers, and they were very itchy. There were more and more red spots, and they were getting more and more itchy! I asked my colleagues and they had the same situation! After a week, I couldn't stand it anymore and went to the hospital for treatment, and the situation was relieved! Thinking that I will go to Chengdu on a business trip next month, I will never stay in this hotel again. I don't know if there are bedbugs in this bed! ! !
