Very good location near IFS, it’s located at the building with the big panda screen Service was impeccable as well, with a butler assigned. Had no issues communicating with butler via wechat Room looked exactly like the pictures and we truly loved our stay! Our butlers throughout our stay were fantastic - 蕾蕾,乔一 & 呼噜

It was an exceptional experience that surpassed my expectations! Location: Situated in the heart of Chengdu, the hotel's location is unbeatable. It's nestled between the IFS and Taikoo Li shopping districts, with a metro station conveniently located right beneath the building. This made exploring the city and accessing various attractions incredibly easy . Accommodation: The rooms are spacious and clean. Equipped with amenities like a kitchenette, washing machine, and even a projector, it felt like a home away from home. The view overlooking Taikoo Li was particularly stunning, especially at night . Service: What truly sets ISEYA apart is its impeccable service. Each guest is assigned a personal butler who communicates via WeChat, ensuring all needs are promptly addressed. I was especially impressed by the attentiveness of staff members like Nanfeng and Leilei, who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable . Overall Experience: From the prime location and well-appointed rooms to the outstanding service, my stay at ISEYA was memorable. Whether you're visiting Chengdu for business or leisure, I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Had a pleasant stay. Many food and shopping places within walking distance. Had to give a special shoutout to the room’s personal butler 蕾蕾 for looking out to our every needs 24/7 and making our stay really comfortable. Really friendly staffs and clean environment with spacious room. Great!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Iseya Hotel Taikoo Li. Room was spacious, clean, our beds are very comfortable. We felt like home! Definitely come back here next time. The location is so convenient. Bus, train stops at door step. Shopping centres, restaurants, everything is just downstairs. I have to give a special thanks to our butler Xiao Yao. He has been very helpful with delivery even before our check in. We really appreciate his help this whole stay!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel, which is perfectly located on Chunxi Street. The convenience of having a train station just downstairs made getting around super easy. There are also plenty of food options nearby, so you’ll never run out of choices. The interior is both cozy and classy, creating a comfortable and stylish atmosphere. One feature I really appreciated was having a washing machine within the unit — such a great bonus! Highly recommend this place for its location, comfort, and amenities.

Excellent service from the moment I stepped in, much better than the major hotel chains. I like the design of the loft. There is even a kitchenette and a washing machine, suitable for longer stays. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed. Amazing view,location and service. Right next to IFS, and famous 3D led screen. Friendly staff and 24hr butler service. Free parking. Help me collect and send over food delivery at 3am! Will definitely stay again if we happen to come Chengdu next time.
