Room has an aesthetic vibe to it. Staffs are friendly and location has food choices/amenities nearby.

The design of the room was very nice, quite romantic and cozy. We didn't have time to use the huge bathtub, but it seemed nice. The decoration of the whole hotel is really well done, you enter in a new universe. The downside was the breakfast, not a lot of choices and maybe a bit too Chinese for Western palates (but there is a very nice bakery a few meters away if you want something else).

Nice environment in the town , but they don’t do cleaning daily, may be they forget our room , breakfast is really really bad.

Room is nicely decorated, great place to stay for the first time. Receptionist is always helpful, and there are many food and drinks stores around the hotel.

Not very far from all attractions. Room is clean looks exactly like photos. Like the concept. Totally a place to check in if you in Chengdu. Not recommended to stay longer if you like bright light hotel. Overall very satisfied with my stay.

It’s a very unique hotel, like the environment very much. On the first day, there is a temporary power cut due to some event ( ps they informed us earlier), as due to we stil prefer to check in earlier and move our luggage into our room, the uncle help to carry our luggage to level 7 guest room by climbing the staircase

This hotel was really something special. It is artsy and it's rooms look like you are staying in a cave! I really liked the unique bathtub as well. It is very close to a river, lots of shops and the market street next to the Wenshu Yuan Monastery. It is also a 10 minute taxi ride from the party district (Lan Kwai Fong) if that is your scene. The staff was helpful and available at all hours of the day and night. Would visit again and recommend to all my friends travelling to Chengdu.

It was a good stay for a night or two but I wouldn’t be able to stay for longer than that. It was difficult to figure out how to close and open the door to the room and the breakfast was very cold even though we woke up early to eat. It’s a good stay for a romantic evening or two. The bath was big and nice but you have to go downstairs to ask for them to turn on the hot water and the floors in the room were quite dirty and dusty. Overall it was an interesting and unique hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The atmosphere is incredibly romantic, making it a great choice for couples, but honestly, anyone would enjoy the experience. The bed is so comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep, and the bathtub adds a luxurious touch to the room. Breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of options. Overall, my experience was excellent, and I’d definitely come back. Highly recommended for a cozy and memorable getaway!

Oh this place is amazing! The design of the hotel and room is so unique and fun. The staff are very helpful and patient. If you have a family definitely come and spoil yourself here. However, the only downside is that the closest metro station is a 10-15 min walk depending on your speed. But overall loved it!

Great unique staying experience with the assistamce of Xiao Du makes this accommodation rather unique and special

The hotel is really beautiful, the rooms are spacious, very clean, integrated with Alexa and has a very nice projector TV. It is close to many restaurants and shops. However, management needs to improve drastically. First of all, breakfast was super weak. It has a limited selection and looks like it was last night’s leftovers. No coffee at all. It was disappointing for such a big and pricy hotel. Secondly, Reception looks like a bunch of teenagers who are hanging out in the reception area for pocket money during a Summer vacation. They don’t understand a simple question (translated to Chinese) such as “can you order us a taxi” and does not convey a message to House Cleaning. We asked in Chinese to not disturb us in the room and no need to clean the room, and still someone walked into our room. It is a problem that there is not a “Do not disturb” sign in the room but this in unacceptable to walk in and disturb us after clearly asking not to. Thirdly, smoking inside the lobby seems to be allowed by employees. The hotel has potential since it’s a unique design and clearly a lot of money was invested but this weak management ruins it.
