Big room, heater for toilet bowl, shower, floor and bed. Friendly and helpful host, milk given every night tastes so good too.

Room is really comfortable with heated floor and bed. Room is spacious for 2 people. They provide breakfast and some snacks inside the room. Hotel staff also really kind and nice. They provide adapter plug specially for us. And they are really helpful by bringing our luggage upstairs. Really nice people!

A special highlight was the fresh yak milk they served—so tasty and thoughtful! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a homely and authentic experience in Shangri-La.

Excellent little homestay, at a walking distance from the ancient city. The owner and her family are so sweet,making you feel very welcome. Highly recommend

Recommended hotel !! Warmness host. Big room and nice breakfast. Hotel a bit near to the Railway Station old town with 1.2 km, not too far from Silongzanlin Temple. Room is controlled with AI. There are heater and Oxegen providing in the room. I will come back again if i have a chane to visit to Xianggelila. ♥️♥️♥️

The hotel owner and their whole family were very nice. They even provide free pickup and drop off service from and to railway station. The hotel location also near to main attraction of Shangri-la. The room is very clean and pretty just like in the picture. They also provide tour package around Shangri-la city and you can rent ******* clothes from their store. You can book from them also cos they are very accommodating. Overall, im very happy with the stay and their hospitality!! :D

Nice and clean hotel, room comes with projector, oxygen supply, heated flooring and smart system. Location is convenient within the old city, walkable to the old city attractions. Their own made breakfast is simple and taste great. Included in the price is a pick up service from the high speed train station as well. The owners are a friendly couple that also does tour guide and car booking, costume photoshoot. Made our whole trip pleasant. Highly recommended

I’ve just returned to my home country, and I’m already thinking about staying at this wonderful hotel in Shangri-La again! The location is excellent—strategically situated near Dukezong Ancient City. For Muslim travelers, finding halal food is incredibly easy, which made my stay even more comfortable. The hospitality here is unmatched. The owner, who is also a tour guide, went above and beyond to make my trip memorable. Before arriving in Shangri-La, I had inquired about visiting Bottomless Lake. Since the owner was busy, we went with his father instead. He was so kind, attentive, and caring towards both of us as female travelers. To top it off, they even drove us to our next hotel in Napahai. I want to highlight how thoughtful everyone here! The sister picked us up from the train station and made sure our room was warm and cozy before we arrived. The bed and pillows were incredibly fluffy, ensuring we had a great night’s sleep. Since I forgot to take photos of the room, don’t worry it’s exactly the same as the pictures. So I’m sharing pictures from our amazing tour to Bottomless Lake instead. I highly recommend staying at this hotel if you’re visiting Shangri-La, especially if you plan to explore the area. Everyone here is so welcoming, and they truly make you feel at home!

Hosts are welcoming, the daily breakfast is simple and clean, and we were serve warm milk with rose petals every night before sleep. Water pressure is good and heating is good. The business is newly opened this year by a young family. We were very happy with our stay here. Thank you for the hospitality :)

The service is really good, they are super nice. The location bit far from ancient town but it’s still okay.

The room is spacious, clean, and well-equipped. There is central heating, so it is not cold at all. There is also an oxygen generator, so there is no need to worry about lack of oxygen. I slept very soundly. The bathroom is also divided into dry and wet areas. I am very satisfied. The landlady is very enthusiastic.

This homestay really a fantastic place to stay, especially for those visiting higher altitudes. It offers a clean and hygienic environment, with thoughtful touches like disposable toiletries: towel, face towel, toothbrush etc… which many travelers appreciate. The fact that it includes amenities like oxygen concentrators, humidifiers, and floor heating makes it very suitable for those who aren’t accustomed to higher altitudes, helping to prevent or ease altitude sickness. Its location near the ancient town and close to convenience stores is highly convenient. Additionally, the warm hospitality from the owner and his family adds a personal touch to the experience. It’s great to know the owner is also a local tour guide, which provides guests the opportunity to explore hidden gems and lesser-known attractions, making the stay even more memorable. The owner provides car rent with driver services, hiking tour, & ******* clothing photo experience. I book a tour with him to Bottomless Lake and Shika Snow Mountain during my stay, it’s really a special highlights of the trip!

The host is so helpfull and kind . The room was so spacious and clean . . I wud like to stay here again when i get chance to back to shangrila - tibet !! Loveee 🥰👌
