It was a really good experience. The hotel looks a bit old but totally clean. Staff are friendly, and we were really lucky that they upgraded our room to the executive suite. I would like to stay there again in the future.

We had an exclusive and quiet room on the 9th floor with a view on the Wenshui Monastery, whose grounds also boast excellent restaurants, a theater and little shops. This elegant hotel is very centrally located and offers a rich breakfast buffet. The reception staff is extremely helpful and available at all times. Our luggage was even stored until late into the night on the departure day. Chengdu itself offers many diverse neighborhoods. The nearby mountains, such as the cozy town of Dujiangyan, are also worth a visit. To the International airport Tianfu you must plan about 1 hour driving with metro 1+18.

Excellent location. Walking across the hotel is Wenshu Yuan Monastery. Right before the monastery entrance, there were a few pastries shop which was so good. Hotel do provide supper like dessert drink and noodles.

The hotel staff welcomes you right away, the staff are helpful and communicates through WeChat if there are any problems they will seek immediate attention. Location is right in the center easy to visit Wenshu Monastery and a metro station nearby.

Excellent facilities and complementary updade for the room. English speaking and great service throughout my stay. Great location too, close to many locations in my itinerary. Would stay again when I return.

One of the best hotels in Chengdu. The location is great, the closest to the Tianfu airport. There is a buddist Temple next to the hotel. Our room was big and clean. The day we arrived, the Staff of the hotel was very kind and caring. They answered all the questions and did their best to make our stay wonderful and I unforgettable. Great verity of food for breakfast. Also, you can buy some souvenirs right at the hotel. Definitely recommend the hotel 🙌

I had a fantasic stay in the Sofis Jinyuan Hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They could not have done more to make my stay comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. It was well situated for visiting the Wenshu temple and not too far from the pandas by taxi. I had a lovely stay. Thank you!! ☺️

Very good hotel and they upgraded me to a fantastic suite, beautiful and quiet, I felt like a queen!!! Just a pity it smells like old tobacco, need to improve the non smoking policy. Great staff.

Don’t rely on trip.come description, I stayed in Macau and Shanghai, both had double beds as described. Trip said it had double beds but they were twins as the hotel had in their title, got worried when we got in the room, but Tina was excellent and came up with a couple of solutions and made this stay happy 😃 and relaxed. She followed up during our 4 night stay and at the end. The temple near by is a hidden gem 💎!! Beautiful restaurant, stores, coffee/tea shops all over, but the temple resonated the local history and heritage of Chengdu!! Thank you to all the staff at the Sofis Hotel.
