We take the power outage you mentioned very seriously and are deeply sorry for the inconvenience it has caused you and your family. On that day, we received a sudden notice from the Chengdu Power Supply Bureau that they needed to inspect and upgrade their equipment, resulting in a power outage in the area during the day. Fortunately, we had an emergency generator to ensure lighting and electricity. Unfortunately, the air conditioning equipment is centrally controlled by the building, so it was unable to operate from the generator. We provided plenty of air coolers and ice cubes that day, but we are sorry that we were unable to resolve the inconvenience. We will report back to the relevant departments and work to prevent this incident from happening again. We apologize again to you and your family and thank you for your suggestions, which will help us identify the real issues in the guest experience and make more valuable improvements.
