The room is more like studio bedroom. The staffs are really helpful to guide you if you plan to visit the panda base. It is really near the south gate. I did late check out and they charge me very reasonable amount. ♥️♥️♥️♥️

🌟 Loved my stay — perfect for visiting the Panda Research Base! Finding the hotel at first was a bit tricky. Even my taxi driver (using Didi) wasn’t sure about the exact address, and it seems the hotel doesn’t yet appear clearly in some map applications. He kindly called the reception to confirm the location, which helped a lot — so I’d say there’s definitely room for improvement in how the hotel is listed online. That said, once I arrived, I had a great experience. The entrance was under construction when I visited, but the lobby on the second floor was clean, welcoming, and well-organized. 🛏️ The room itself was fantastic. Spacious, spotless, super comfortable — I slept really well, it was very quiet, and the bed was just perfect. The Panda-themed decor was adorable — especially the plush panda teddy bear in the room (I honestly wanted to take it home!). 🐼 🚿 The shower worked flawlessly, and the bathroom was equipped with a high-tech Japanese-style toilet, which was a great bonus. 🌆 The location is excellent if you’re visiting the Pandas — just a little over 1km from the south entrance of the Panda Research Base, easily walkable. There are plenty of restaurants, local street food, takeout spots, and supermarkets all around the hotel, making it super convenient. Overall, a relaxing and very enjoyable stay. I would definitely return if I come back to Chengdu. Highly recommended, especially for panda lovers!

Very convenient location to the Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding. The staff were very helpful, responsive, and accommodating to all of our needs, including showing us how to use the washer/dryer unit and removing the clothes for us so that we wouldn’t have to stay up late or wake up early to do so ourselves. We would highly recommend them and would stay here again!

Extremely cosy panda theme hotel that’s near to Chengdu city panda base. Check-in is on level 2 & the ladies at the reception are extremely helpful to get u advice to the panda base or around the vicinity. My room got upgraded to their family room & it’s on level 2. The room are AI connected & u can call out to open the curtain, lights, tv. There’s no room tag for housekeeping / DND. I’ll suggest to lock all valuables before u leave the room as the housekeeping team will clean up on daily basis. The walls are quite thin (can’t hear next door convo unless kids are crying / ppl are practically shouting) & it’s so loud each time someone next door to you turns on the tap to wash hands / shower. Water pressure is great with hot water, AC needs to be double tap in order to be turned on. To those visit in the panda base, u can catch a ride downstairs from 7am at RMB 10/way & sit up to 4 pax. Journey is 3-4 ride away. Within the vicinity, there’s some F&B restaurants along the street but I didn’t get to try it.

Clean and comfortable hotel well located near the Panda research base. The rain shower is very powerful. There are also many eateries on the ground floor with food stalls set up along the streets in the evening. Great place to stay if you want to experience the local community in Chengdu.

The room is very clean and unique. The bathroom is large and the dressing mirror is super large. It is the first choice for a trip with girlfriends. You no longer have to fight for the dressing mirror. The location is also very convenient. It is very close to the south gate of the Panda Base. There is a tricycle downstairs for ten yuan each that can deliver directly to the door. The lady at the front desk is also very considerate and gave a small gift when checking out. I am very satisfied.

The hotel rooms are named after the panda rooms at the base, and even the electric mosquito coils are panda-shaped. Hahaha, it's so fun to see. The hotel is near the base's south gate, with smart technology throughout and newly decorated. It's quite nice. The hotel also understood our desire to see the pandas. I told them we wanted to leave early and asked how to get there. They said there were tricycles right outside the hotel for 10 yuan each, which would take us directly to the ticket gate near the south gate. That was great, saving us energy. As soon as the park opened, we rushed in and saw the pandas. We were so happy to see two pandas without having to wait in line. We then made it to the Xingxing delivery room before 10 a.m. to see the red pandas. Today was a very successful day.
