My experience was overall good, but the bathroom of the room I booked for the first night (single, queen bed) was so stinky at night that I could not bear it. I called the concierge, and the maid came to clean the bathroom (they were very fast= good service) but the problem is in the pipes, not in the cleanliness, (it was very clean) so spraying a bit of air freshener won't solve the problem. I changed rooms the following night. Also, it was quite noisy at night and in the early morning, they should keep an eye on noisy guests. Last thing, but not less important, people were smoking inside the hotel corridors and it was stinky. The management should try to enforce the rules of non-smoking. I understand that know nobody in the hotel wants to call on the smoking clients, but not enforcing the law results in other clients being unhappy too. All in all, I would probably stay there again.

The location of the hotel is very good, the scenery is good, the front desk work is meticulous and thoughtful, and the service is very good. The breakfast is very clean, the elders in the family like noodles very much, and the restaurant staff Wei Suhong is very enthusiastic.

The bathroom is simple, breakfast is in a banquet hall on the second floor, breakfast is very general. Nothing to eat. 10 kilometers from the Mountain Resort, parking downstairs is convenient, behind the hotel is a small shopping mall. Supermarket supplies are convenient.

I was reminded every day when I went to breakfast that children would be charged (it seems that the restaurant front desk did not see the information that I had an extra bed) The price of the hotel hot pot set meal is really affordable compared to Beijing. The 158 set meal is very full for two adults and a 6-year-old boy. The hotel also has Japanese cuisine (actually it should be called iron plate), the taste is standard, no merits or demerits, and the service awareness is quite good. The bathing ticket provided solved the problem of not being able to go out to play on the first day due to bad weather, and you can go through the hotel. The bathing service is very good and clean. The consumption is not expensive. There is a naughty castle inside, which is not big, but it is enough for children to consume their physical strength. I didn’t experience foot massage and sweat steaming with my children. The only thing I am not satisfied with is that there are often people smoking in the corridor. Maybe there are many people staying during the National Day holiday, and there are a lot of smokers. The corridor often smells strong smoke. I hope the hotel can have stronger supervision in this regard, or set up a smoking room. After all, a relatively closed hotel poses a great safety hazard to the hotel.

During the May Day holiday, I took my child on a trip. Since it was a temporary decision to go to Chengde, I booked a room on the evening of April 29. There were no parent-child rooms. I saw that there were two separate 1.35-meter single beds in the room and decided to put them together. The 2.7-meter bed was enough for a family of three (the child was about 1.4 meters). When I arrived at the hotel, I found that there were no children's products. I called the hotel front desk to ask for children's products and soon delivered special slippers, bath towels, toothbrushes, bath gel and a thin quilt for the child. They helped us put the two beds together into a huge big bed. Since there was a plan to put the bed together, I brought a small mattress and put it on the seam, which was really comfortable. The hotel gave us a bathing ticket in Rehe. My husband went there twice and said that if the room was really crowded, the bathing overnight was also an option. The hardware was good, but there were many details about the charges. The hotel also provided a heater, which made the room a lot more comfortable after 10 o'clock in the evening. People who check in later need to pay attention: the hotel does not have soap, the shower head has no rod, which means that in addition to the sun shower head, your handheld shower head can only be fixed at a height, there are no bathroom slippers but no bathroom anti-slip mat, so you can only go barefoot. Children need to pay half price for breakfast (more than 30 yuan per time). Try to get a room near the river for a better view!

The lobby is quite big and there is a place to sell local products and business printing. The room is quite spacious, but there is a smell when entering the house. There is no ventilation. The room light is broken. The air conditioner is loud and the central air conditioner is broken. I waited outside for more than half an hour at 12 noon. The location is very good, the bridge is the county seat, the parking lot is quite big. The room should be especially praised, the sound insulation is very good, not the light partition of the budget hotel, but the brick wall. Although facing the street and facing the bridge, the sound insulation of the window is very good. I slept until nine o'clock and woke up. The curtains were very shading. Breakfast is generally the same.

The original reservation of the room was renewed, and the boss changed it to a larger one. It was five kilometers away from the Mountain Resort. This five kilometers was super traffic jam. Traveling friends must drive carefully. The surrounding environment is average, but there is quite a lot of food. The boss also came over to help find a parking space. Clean room is worth the price, come again next time.
