差勁，訂的房間説樓上有KTV，要安靜的房間就得加錢換樓下，這不是欺騙消費者門店加錢嗎？而且房間沒有衞生紙，説特價房不給衞生紙，你引流也不能這麼摳門吧，一晚上能用你多少衞生紙，你放一包能用好幾波客人吧？差勁，衞生也差！床頭縫打掃不乾淨，膈應。
