Casa Blue Star ★★★
"A beautifully decorated traditional Moroccan-style courtyard guesthouse. The rooftop restaurant offers stunning views of Chefchaouen. Breakfast was delicious. The staff even kindly arranged for someone to help us carry our luggage to the station. Highly recommended."
RIAD CHENGLI ★★★
"One of the best riads we've stayed at in Morocco. The room was very clean, the plumbing was new, breakfast was good, and the view from the terrace was amazing."
Sakura hotel ★★★
"The staff are kind and the place is nice. The room is a bit cold, but they provide three blankets, so it's not a problem when sleeping. The location is also good as it is close to the cluster of blue buildings. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the CTM bus stop. It is close to the busy downtown area, and there are restaurants and small shops nearby. The price is reasonable, so I am quite satisfied."
Hotel Molino Garden ★★★
"This hotel is in a great location, close to attractions and shopping centres. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with complete facilities and friendly and thoughtful service staff. The breakfast is rich in variety and delicious. The only drawback is that the room price is slightly higher. Overall, it is a great value for money hotel and worth recommending to others."
Riad Nila ★★★★
"This hotel is absolutely amazing! I was thrilled with my room and the terrace, which offers panoramic views of Chefchaouen in every direction. The breakfast was also delicious and very satisfying. I highly recommend watching the sunrise on the rooftop with a cup of tea!"
Casa Sabila ★★★
"A stunning riad with magical breakfasts and a cozy atmosphere! It exudes Moroccan charm, the staff is friendly, and the place is beautiful. Con: Upon checkout, they didn't help me with my suitcases to the taxi. It was challenging for me alone in the narrow streets and up the stairs. Overall, I highly recommend it and will be back! ❤️"
Vancii Hotel ★★★
"The room was the best experience of my trip to Morocco."
Taj Chefchaouen Luxury Hotel and Spa ★★★★
"Situated in a prime location. easy reach to the blue town! making it ideal for guests who like to explore local cuisine and shopping."
Riad Zaitouna Chaouen ★★★
"I have stayed in several cities in Morocco and saw that this hotel is not as good as in China, but it is quite good. In fact, it is not a hotel but more like a family hotel. There are only 6 rooms in total. The two rooms we booked are double rooms and we don’t know the other room types. The room cannot accommodate extra beds and the space is limited. There is not much difference between the different room types for us because we checked in at night and went out after breakfast in the morning. There is no need to stay in your own room to see the panoramic view of the mountain city. There is a public balcony where you can take pictures."

Lina Ryad & Spa
"The European style design emphasizes cleanliness and tidiness, the overall environment is good, and breakfast is also available. Located high on the top of the mountain, the viewing platform is suitable for viewing the scenery."
Dar Jasmine
"It is not convenient if you are traveling with elderly people because you need to climb a lot of steps to reach the hotel. However, the hotel is really beautiful and the night view is amazing."
Dar Ba Sidi & Spa
"Location: miles away from beautiful Chefchaouen, lost and nothing to see/do. So called swimming pool was empty, broken sunchairs... Room: terrible, old, dirty, rotten.... no heating!!! (March 2026 it was 10° Celsius outside = cold). Damp bed linen. Restaurant: not welcoming, creepy, stinky... Don't believe good reviews/nice pictures and avoid this place!"
Hotel Parador
"The hotel is in a great location right by the Kasbah and right amongst the action with great views of the surrounding mountains. The public areas are in reasonable condition but the hotel is probably about a 2.5 star. The rooms are basic but clean and adequately furnished. The breakfast was fairly typical and uninspiring featuring mostly dry bread type products and the like. "
Hotel Dar Mounir
"Extremely well located hotel to enable easy access to everything you need. A quick walk to the main square where you can easily visit some great restaurants and shops. Breakfast at the hotel was delicious with plenty of options to suit most tastes. Staff were very friendly and super welcoming and willing to assist when asked. Our room was spacious and clean and beds were comfortable. Noise does travel around a bit so you might want to bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. Roof top terrace also available."
Palacio Al Andalus
"It was simply incredible! The hotel staff was incredibly welcoming, the atmosphere was welcoming and homely, and the breakfasts and dinner on the rooftop were excellent—everything was delicious! The bed was comfortable, and it was very quiet. All the music stopped at 11 a.m., leaving you with blissful peace and quiet for relaxation. I highly recommend this hotel! You can leave your luggage after checkout, and everything is very convenient."
Villa Rita Guest House
"I am unsure where to begin with this review. But if I could get my money back, I would. When I arrived, the entire guesthouse was under renovation. It smelled of paint and varnish, workers were everywhere, and I ended up with varnish on my clothes. One worker had to call the owner or someone responsible for the hotel to meet me with a key, and then, I never saw anybody again. Nobody should have been staying there at this time; especially not a solo female traveller with no other guests around and no concierge. The room was a suite with a separate sitting room, so there was plenty of space. But the bathroom and towels were a bit dirty, and there was no blanket or duvet on the bed. I had to add blankets from the closet. I had no idea when they had last been washed. This place is more of an apartment with catered breakfast; not a guesthouse or hotel. The accommodation itself is in a residential neighbourhood, up-hill from the Medina. Not a horrible walk for me, as I do walk quite a bit at home. But it is very isolated for travellers. Once I went back after sight-seeing for the day, I did not wish to walk back another 20-25 minutes in the dark to find a restaurant. And I would have had to take a taxi back in dark, no question. The frightening part was being woken up on my 2nd (and final) night at 5:30 am to a VERY loud mobile phone alarm. It went off again at 6:00 am. I went to the outside landing to see where it was coming from: a man had been sleeping on the couch in the room across from mine with the door wide open. I had no idea who he was, but I quickly packed my bags and left as soon as I could. (He had left before I did and closed the door.) My advice is to stay in the Medina."
Dar Almassir
"The accommodation is very good, the owner is friendly, and the World Cup final is all together!"
Riad Azurite
"I had to take a taxi to find it. The road from the bus terminal to the accommodation is uphill. The facilities have a medieval feel, and the service is good. I had breakfast at a nearby restaurant, which was good."
Puerta Azul
"There is a Chinese "welcome" at the entrance of the hotel. The staff is very enthusiastic. The room was upgraded to the second floor. The light on the first floor is poor. Azl, the receptionist, immediately moved it to the second floor. You can walk to the scenic spot. Recommended."
Diyar Marhaba
"It was a great experience to stay in Diyar Marhaba~ looking forward to going back again"
Luxury Chaouen
"An exceptional stay at Luxury Chaouen! The warm welcome, the comfortable rooms, the impeccable cleanliness and the splendid view of Chefchaouen make this hotel a unique and unforgettable place."
