Our room was small and without windows, but very clean and looked new. The AC was super silent. We extended our stay for one night, but moved to a room with windows. This was spacious, but it didn't seem so modern. We used the washing service and borrowed a roller (150k VND / day)."

"Stayed at hung cuong hotel for 8 nights. My feedback during the stay as below. Positive feeedback: 1. Clean Room 2. All the facilities in the room well maintained 3. Beautiful Bathroom 4. Comfortable bed and pillow. 5. Bottle water provided daily Negative feedback: 1. Lots of Lizard's (inside and outside the room) 2. Bed comforters are too small for 2 person 3. Television channels are not clear. Bad pictures. 4. Staff at hotel doesn't speak english. Very hard to communicate. 5. Security and CCTV are not well observed. Had difficulty to sleep at night due to a stranger knocked the door 2AM at night two days in the row. Called reception and was told no one outside the door and no action was taken. Checked CCTV the day after and realize there was a drunk guy with bare foot standing outside the room knocking the door."
