ATTENTION AU SITE TRAVELSKI. Nous avons tendance à faire confiance aux sites nous permettant de bénéficier d’un « tout compris » au ski. Néanmoins, je vous partage mon avis sur ma réservation de cette année: - les forfaits pour accéder au domaines skiables ont été réservé pour deux adultes au lieu de « jeunes » et donc nous ont coûter environ 30/40€ plus cher. Heureusement, la personne s’occupant de la distribution sur place a été honnête et nous a fait part de cette information pour que nous puissions faire une réclamation au service client. - Nous avons réserver un chalet bénéficiant d’un espace aquatique/bien être qui était donc plus cher que ses concurrents/voisins qui n’en possédaient pas. Lors de la réception des documents de voyage soit une semaine avant le séjour et donc aucune possibilité d’annulation, nous nous informons que cet espace est fermé. Notre choix pour l’établissement avait été fait pour cela. Lorsque nous contactons le service client travelski, il nous annonce qu’ils vont vérifier ces informations sur internet et procéder à un remboursement si confusion. Dès le lendemain, le site indiquait « espèce aquatique fermé ». Une mise à jour a donc été faite après notre conversation téléphonique… ce qui est selon moi très malhonnête. Je reçois donc par la suite un e-mail du service client m’indiquant qu’aucun remboursement ne sera fait en notre faveur car cette annonce figure sur le site et qu’il fallait être vigilant !!! Quelle audace. Plus jamais pour ma part. Concernant le chalet, hormis l’espace aquatique qui fut un grand manque, les chambres étaient très correctes et il est très bien situé. Il vaut mieux passé par leur site internet directement ! Au moins toutes les informations y sont indiquées ;)

Very beautiful residence, ideally located in a somewhat quiet but relaxing village. Superb walks to do. Very spacious apartment But: A superb terrace but no outdoor furniture (even 4 plastic chairs would have been welcome) The sofa, very uncomfortable even when seated, deserves to be changed, We were sold a non-existent SPA, apparently following a fire last year last but it would be interesting to warn... A tiny swimming pool and terrace for the 2 residences... a little tight.... And the intrusion into our apartment for a repair never requested, without being informed, with the dog and our son in the apartment who found themselves face to face with this gentleman, who also did not repair the door in question....a little careless, and the staff so unresponsive when we asked for explanations (what's going on case of dog bite or disappearance of objects in the rental..?) Despite these inconveniences we will certainly come back to Nemea because they are very beautiful buildings and apartments.

Beautiful residence that is starting to age, and poorly maintained. When you book 1 apartment on 03/13/22 for reopening on 06/18/2022. You are told that following the fire on 03/10/22, there is no swimming pool or spa, but you are paying full 4* rate, find the mistake. You are offered the swimming pool of the Lodge below. A pool of not even 10m/2, for 5 buildings in total, quite the sardine can 🤣. Because upon reopening, no work has been done in the residence, ah the financial lobbies! In addition, in the bathroom and toilets there are smells following the fire. We are used to 4* residences, well Nemea once not twice, too bad!

tout ce qu'il faut dans cet appartement spacieux. Personnel très agréable. Grande pièce à l'accueil avec canapé. SURPRISE Lave vaisselle. garage très pratique. Accès à la piscine avec commodité.
