We purchased a thalasseo pack with accommodation. The staff at the spa are very welcoming, friendly and the massages are excellent. The room is super clean. I give a 2-stars review only because of the Aquagym and AquaBike. We were in the pool when it started, so we attended it, as the teacher did not announce anything about registration. At the end, she ran after us to tell us we had to register to attend. The hotel charged us for the 2 activities.

What a wonderful place. The apartment was clean and airy with a balcony to enjoy having a meal,glass of wine or coffee. Everything you need in the kitchenette apart from a frying pan and or a saucepan(just a huge cooking pot). Only down side is there isn't any Aircon in the room so it's very hard to sleep in the night- the mobile fan just moves the warm air around. Spa is wonderful!!! Our favourite place across our trip in Spain and France. Would visit again.

Great value spa hotel with good tourism nearby
Very nice, modern spa hotel with good sized rooms that are well equipped like a mini apartment, with kettle, coffee maker, toaster, fridge, dishwasher. It is reasonably priced for what you get and being a resident gives a discount for using the thermal spa facilities. I particularly enjoyed the hammam.

J’ai offert un coffret “1/2 journée découverte des soins thermaux” offrant 4 soins parmi une liste, censés permettre de découvrir les bienfaits des eaux thermales. La prise de rendez-vous a été très longue, et une fois sur place, l’accueil a été particulièrement froid. On nous as reproché d’avoir attendu trop longtemps avant d’utiliser le bon, alors qu’il était encore parfaitement valide jusqu’en décembre. Aucune considération n’a été accordée au fait que ma mère vienne pour une formule découverte — le traitement a clairement été différent des vrais curistes, comme si sa présence dérangeait. La promesse d’une demi-journée de soins s’est en réalité transformée en à peine 1h20, sans explication claire, ce qui ne correspond ni au descriptif du coffret, ni à l’expérience vendue. Une grande déception pour un établissement qui se veut haut de gamme, mais dont le service client manque de professionnalisme et de transparence

L'hôtel bien situé permet d'accéder au centre ville et au parc thermal. L'hôtel est propre et clair. La chambre bien équipée et agencée est lumineuse. Le calme a été appréciable.

Semaine parfaite, Spa et soins très agréables toute la semaine. Les équipes parfaites à tout niveau. Un remerciement particulier au restaurant qui a su adapté tous les menus pour ma femme ayant beaucoup d'interdictions alimentaires. A refaire très vite !

Très déçue de mon expérience. Nous avons réservé pour un soin en fin de journée , nous sommes arrivées vers 18h …. Aucune explication du déroulement du moment , on vous laisse vous débrouiller ! Impossible de profiter des équipements de la piscine , tout était arrêté pour 3 personnes qui faisaient un cours d’aquagym !!! Franchement c’est honteux de ne pas prévenir les clients . Autre déconvenue : plus de boisson à la tisanerie !!! Enfin nous sommes sorties les dernières , dans le noir total avec les portes fermées sans aucun accompagnement ! Par contre le prix lui reste le même !!! Alors soit vous faites un rabais , soit au moins ayez le service à la hauteur à toute heure de la journée !!!! Je ne recommanderai pas du tour cet établissement. Néanmoins mention très positive à Estelle qui s’est occupée de moi et qui a été parfaite !!!
