We purchased a thalasseo pack with accommodation. The staff at the spa are very welcoming, friendly and the massages are excellent. The room is super clean. I give a 2-stars review only because of the Aquagym and AquaBike. We were in the pool when it started, so we attended it, as the teacher did not announce anything about registration. At the end, she ran after us to tell us we had to register to attend. The hotel charged us for the 2 activities.

What a wonderful place. The apartment was clean and airy with a balcony to enjoy having a meal,glass of wine or coffee. Everything you need in the kitchenette apart from a frying pan and or a saucepan(just a huge cooking pot). Only down side is there isn't any Aircon in the room so it's very hard to sleep in the night- the mobile fan just moves the warm air around. Spa is wonderful!!! Our favourite place across our trip in Spain and France. Would visit again.

Great value spa hotel with good tourism nearby
Very nice, modern spa hotel with good sized rooms that are well equipped like a mini apartment, with kettle, coffee maker, toaster, fridge, dishwasher. It is reasonably priced for what you get and being a resident gives a discount for using the thermal spa facilities. I particularly enjoyed the hammam.

Standard téléphonique aléatoire Propreté studio médiocre. Pas de prise en charge immédiate! aucune excuse de la gouvernance à la direction. PAS DE CLIMATISATION Resto menus pas très appropriés aux MICI et SII . Repas du soir en panier repas deux soirs par semaine! Du jamais vu. Planning soins rigides comportant des erreurs, des soins trop rapprochés Aucune correction ni excuse! Heureusement que les soignants sont efficaces , à l'écoute et s'adaptent au planning loufoque! Sans compter les fumeurs qui s'en donnent à coeur joie sur les balcons faisant ainsi profiter les voisins!! Aucune réaction ni action de la direction! Parvis et parking hyper goudronnés! Etouffant et horrible par les canicules actuelles........

Appartement bien agencé, spacieux ,propre, bémol une douche à l'italienne serait mieux adaptée aux séniors car baignoire très haute pour enjamber, sol glissant et manque une barre de maintien. Enca se fortes chaleurs, une clim serait indispensable.Petit déjeuner ,organisation à revoir avec produits comme confiture, miel devraient être individualisés. Restauration superbe ,à recommander ,serveuse au top et très pro. Cuisine originale adaptée aux curistes et aux gens de passage.Bravo

Nous avons passé 10 jours à l’Aiga Resort &Spa de Chatel Guyon j’étais perplexe car j’avais lu des avis mitigés qui me laissait craindre le pire . Bien au contraire j’ai trouvé un personnel souriant, accueillant, professionnel, de l’accueil à la boutique en passant par le restaurant et le Spa Thermal tout etait parfait. Mention spéciale à la très charmante Delphine au Spa Thermal très souriante, gentille, disponible et professionnelle. Nous reviendrons si l’occasion se représente sans aucune hésitation . Belle découverte pour nous .
