Great hotel for family. There is an owl at the lobby and turtle near the toilet and children amenities. Hotel has a shuttle to american village too. Breakfast variety is wide. I got a room upgrade (corner room) and it was huge and had great views of the sea and American village.

The reason to go to this hotel is because it is extremely convenient and has a great view. We came here last year, but it was cheaper last year. We were surprised to learn that the car parking is now something you have to pay, which wasn't the case last year. Seems like a very cheap decision on their part considering the hotel is already pretty expensive. Also be prepared, the room will not be the newest or cleanest. It had a bit of mold on the wall around the AC unit, and the walls needed to be repainted and fixed on some parts.

The facility is quite old and not well maintained. My biggest concern was the visible mold on the ceiling and around the AC units in the room. Breathing in mold can be harmful, and it's concerning not knowing how serious it might be.
While towels were replaced, there was no bed-making service during the stay, which was disappointing. One of the main reasons to stay in a hotel is to receive basic room service—at the very least, the bed should be made.
That said, the location is excellent with a beautiful view of the ocean, and the staff were very kind and helpful.

Very nice location, very convenient.
There are a few animals, including a tiny owl, a tiny monkey and a gigantic tortoise.
A delicious morning buffet.

The room furniture appeared as if it came from the junk yard. Nevered stayed in what was supposed to be to be a more moderate hotel and had that horrible of furniture in the room. Bridget did work. No extra toilet paper roll in the room. Cleaned only once a week. Breakfast - not for vegetarians for meat lovers. Location great but for the price I would stay down the road in a hotel with more modern and kept up furniture. The furniture really had no words as to how bad of shape it was. When you pay nearly 200 a night for room you expect furniture that looks like a hotel not a junk yard sale.
