This is a traditional Japanese hotel. The building itself is indeed old, but the rooms are well-maintained. It's very clean, with user-friendly amenities. The room has a sink, and the shower has a small basin and stool. The water pressure is strong and the drain is clear (I really like the Japanese-style shower). There's a laundry room on the third floor with numerous washers and dryers, so you don't have to wait for laundry. It's right next to Aeon Supermarket (where prices are cheaper than in downtown Naha) and the American Village, making it convenient. The views from the upper floors are great, but unfortunately, we visited during a Japanese holiday, which was expensive and crowded, so the room we were assigned was on a lower floor, so the view was average. The guests are mostly Japanese, Korean, and *********, with relatively few mainland Chinese. Children under four receive five diapers and baby food per night. Breakfast can be replaced with lunch on weekends if you skip it. The staff is friendly, especially the front desk lady named Mori. She's kind and friendly, speaks fluent English, and was very easy to communicate with. I lost my phone in a taxi on my departure day, and Mori made many calls and connections to help me find it. Our family of four stayed at this hotel for 3 days and 2 nights. Pros 1. Close to the beach 2. Near a large shopping mall (AEON) and Exotic Colors of America 3. Free baby supplies (diapers, wet wipes, baby food) 4. Ample indoor space Cons 1. Paid pool and hot springs (discounts for guests) 2. Lack of indoor play facilities for children, such as a ball pool or game room 3. Limited selection in the buffet breakfast and dinner 4. No clothes drying rack on the terrace
