Highly recommend this hotel! The room has everything you need: a fridge, kettle, and stove, plus a washing machine and dryer, which were incredibly helpful during our trip. The room also has air conditioning and ventilation, which is a big plus. It's very clean. The staff are incredibly friendly and polite. We recommend it!

You could just take as many amenities as you needed from the front desk!
They will replace water and towels every day if you request them.
Staff are available 24 hours a day.
The bathroom was a little small and there was no chair, which was a bit of an issue.
The area is very humid, so in the summer the dehumidifier quickly fills with water and makes a loud noise when it needs to be replaced. Lol

Lu93Cosy small apartment good for 3 people.
There was initially a miscommunication regarding the amount of people checking-in but was solved by trip.com customer service.
This apartment is not walkable to american town but a short 5min drive away. It is up on a hill.
There are only 7 parking lots available.
Bed is too soft for my liking and there are many bugs around.
But for the price, one cant complain.
Check out is strictly 11am.
Wifi is ok.
Bathroom is good and have washing machine+ dryer

Coop84Great location 2 minutes walk from the water. Great indoor and outdoor space for food and drinks. Also had local vendors items for sale inside the restaurant area. Comfy bed and plenty of space to put bags under the bed area. Usual amenities provided, also had towels to rent.

The owner is lovely and welcoming. We also rented a car so they let us park there at a fair price, and while the location is not walking distance to many attractions, it is surely central enough with a car.

hotel location near Chatan downtown around 3 mins distance by car, you can park car on the street next to seaside dike which is convenient and free. room is clean and confortable while corridor is very humid without air con., the elder man in the front desk is pretty kind and nice to serve us

However, there are a few areas that could be improved to make the experience more comfortable. The rooms are quite small and ventilation is not always sufficient, especially when the bed curtain is closed, which can make the air feel a bit heavy. It would also be helpful to have a designated space for shoes outside the rooms, as keeping them inside can lead to unwanted odors and reduce overall freshness.
Regarding the bathrooms, it would be good to ensure that paper for drying hands is always available, and to improve the maintenance of the air ducts to create a fresher and more comfortable environment.
With some small improvements in ventilation and organization, the property could offer an even better experience while maintaining its strong points.

ImSean10 minutes walk to American village , there are coffee and convenience stores nearby, the hotel charge extra fee for car Parking 1000¥ /day , there is not watching machine in hotel room, you need to go downstairs for laundry. The front desk services are from 3pm till 12 midnight . Overall good experience.

Mango Resort was a great find - conveniently located close to Sunabe sea wall, American Village, restaurants etcc at a great price! My double bed room was compact but is cozy and worked great for a solo traveler (refrigerator, kitchenette, hot shower etc) Unit even had a washer/dryer but it was out of service during my stay. Check-in is via call center
once you arrive at the property - make sure you have the door code to the building to enter!! Overall, excellent stay and I plan to return 😀
