Only a one night stay
We booked the hotel to attend a music concert at the Futurascope Arena.
The hotel is clean and tidy with excellent facilities. The bar has tables with games on them which was a unique touch.
Check-in was easy, staff where very friendly and efficient.
Room was a good size, bed was comfortable. The only downsides were that their were no drink making facilities in the room and the bathroom and toilet area were tired.
We would use the hotel again.

We did not plan to stay at the hotel but we decided to stop our planns because our daughter was sick. It is good staff thar make a good hotel and this time it was Carole from the kitchen that made this a 5 star stay. Carole made sure our daughter got what she needed even if it was not during service hours. In addition the family rooms are spacious and cimfertable.

I only took this hotel, because I am used to make a stop at Futuroscope. I found the personelle rather unfriendly and partly incompitent. I was disappointed that on saturdays and subraya no meals are served.

A fairly average stay which was unusual. Disappointed the restaurant was closed at the week end, this was not indicated on the Accor app. Knowing this would have likely meant a change of hotel if known up front.

I'm silver, in Accor loyalty program status. When we arrived at the hotel we requested a quiet room so we could have a restful night. When I got to the room it was towards the road, right next to the elevator and two people couldn't walk without constantly giving each other permission. Additionally, the room was dirty and did not meet the cleaning criteria for Covid-19. We complained and they said it was not possible to change as I only spoke after 15 minutes of arriving at the room. As if I now have to check everything in a hotel chain like Accor. Unfortunate. We complained and were told we would receive an email from the General Manager about the situation. I didn't receive the email and they took the money from my credit card. Disgraceful service.

Lors du Check In il nous a été proposé d’arriver avant 15h pour la chambre mais lors de notre arrivée effective, le réceptionniste (bien que très agréable et professionnel) nous a dit que ce n’était pas possible et qu’ils ne faisaient jamais ça. Pourquoi nous le proposer lors du Check In? Chambre présentant des moisissures dans la salle de bain et vetusté des portes et murs, pas de sacs dans les poubelles, quelques traces de poussières. Le buffet à volonté de l’hôtel est plus que médiocre, peu de choix, surtout dans les plats chauds, et qualité nettement en deçà. Je vous le déconseille Nous nous attendions à bien mieux au vu du prix pour notre séjour. (2 adultes + 1 enfant en bas âge)

Literie correcte,suffisamment d’oreillers,ensemble calme.Petit déjeuner avec suffisamment de choix,pas de yaourts,pas de jus d’orange frais.Situé à 15 minutes à pied du Futuroscope,laisser vôtre voiture à l’hôtel.Le buffet du soir à 27€ est bien garni.Personnel attentif.

Très bien
Chambre assez grande et propre. Climatisation appréciable. Pas trop loin du futuroscope et calme la nuit. Pas assez de transat autour de la piscine. Piscine un peu petite par rapport a la photo sur le site. Pas de douche après la piscine. Bon petit déjeuner. Bon dîner très varié ou l on peut manger équilibré. Satisfaite.
