Unfortunately we were given a room closest to motorway…so very noisy…..service was very poor, we requested option to have room service as we had dog with us, we even asked if we could make up 2 plates from buffet…request denied, even though the restaurant was empty…terrible attitude from restaurant staff.

Although the hotel was nice but there was a smell I couldn’t just understand, it smelt horrible

I asked if the Canal+ football channel was available in the room, and was told no, even though I had called the hotel three days before to make sure it was available: "The receptionist said yes." Arriving at the place with my son, the receptionist told me no. I told them they were liars, dishonest, and unprofessional! An argument ensued because two of the employees were denigrating him. I intervened and made them understand: "Let's live properly!" Afterwards, one of the hotel restaurant employees almost put his head against mine! In short, in the end, one of them apologized, but not the other *****, who came and shoved his big head in my face. Finally, I went to have breakfast with my son, and the breakfast manager asked me for my room number (129). He asked me to pay for breakfast in advance. I complied! This is the first time I've experienced such behavior! Maybe because I'm of North African origin! I've always paid at the end of my stay! And I've spent tons of money on Ibis and Novotel Mercure hotels! I'm never setting foot in that hotel again! Not friendly, unprofessional, and borderline racist! They put me off my stay with my 10-year-old son. In 2025, I had no idea there were such stupid people, sorry for the word.

The staff was very kind and welcoming The hotel is very well located with closed parking The restaurant was very good. We recommend it and will come back without hesitation

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel equipped with all the necessary amenities. Pleasant cuisine, hearty breakfast, spacious room. It was raining, so we used the car to enter Futuroscope, which is within walking distance.

Very cordial welcome despite the late hour, after midnight. Calm. Nice size of the room

Friendly welcome on arrival. Satisfied with safe parking included. Clean room. Tasty breakfast, friendly welcome there too. Everything went smoothly. We were very sorry that we could not have dinner. We were helped with a hot snack.

Magnifique établissement au rapport qualité/prix imbattable à seulement 5 minutes à pied du Futuroscope. Le personnel est fort sympathique. Excellent petit déjeuner, grande piscine, salle de sport, rien à dire, je recommande.

Génial. L’accueil, l’emplacement, le petit déjeuner est très varié. Nous avons été surclassés. Et nous avons bénéficié d’un départ tardif gratuitement. Merci Novotel
