I travel to Charlotte occasionally for business and have previously bounced between a few different downtown hotels. Last week and this week I stayed at the JW. Melissa checked me in last week. She remembered me this week when I checked in, even recalled a conversation we had. Nice personal touch for a busy hotel! Makes the Charlotte hotel choice easier.

LOVEEEEEEE this hotel . everything about it is perfect - the location , the decor , the staff , the amenities, restaurant options & even the beds . special mention of Kisha at the front desk such a warm personality , very helpful & an all around joy to come in contact with during my stay . thank you to Wesley who was more than helpful with all my luggage and belongings . I will definitely stay here again !

Mal was amazing to me and my family! I couldn’t have asked for better service! He was kind, attentive, full of energy and really turned our whole day around due to a canceled flight! Thank you so much and we will be back.

I had an incredible stay at the JW Marriot it was beautiful clean and the service was first class. Jaylen from Valet was friendly professional and went above and beyond. He made the whole experience great seamless and welcoming. It's rare to find someone who enjoys helping guests the way jaylen does

Staff was amazing especially Emily. She went above and beyond. The front staff was professional and efficient. My room was clean and well kept. I wish I remembered the young lady who took care of my room, I would mention her too, because the special little touches made such a difference. I will definitely recommend this establishment!
