Room key didn’t work so I couldn’t leave my room, the desk wouldn’t switch me to a different room or refund me, and the location seems to be in a bad area. I definitely won’t be staying here again and I don’t recommend anyone else does either. This is ridiculous

We arrived very late so didn’t look around much. Were disappointed that there wasn’t any soap available at the bathroom sink for washing hands, only soap in a dispenser in the tube. Hope it was just an oversight and not cutback measures.

We had some problems with getting the internet to work and getting the tv remote to move up and down. The young woman at the front desk did an excellent job of solving our problems.

I booked a king bedroom suite and we checked in late at night but while walking out of the bathroom I stepped on a rusty nail that was sticking out of the tack ***** underneath the carpet which penetrated deep enough to cause blood. Upon looking at the floor by the front door of my hotel room the entire tack ***** was exposed as the carpet was torn. I let the employee at the front know and she advised she would inform her manager that’s all I’ve received thus far is a “I’ll let my manager know”. I absolutely would not stay here again.

The staff were all very friendly, which started the entire stay with a great feeling! The rooms were very clean and spacious. I loved that we could enjoy the pool without freezing ! The location was great !
