Location was good. The room was ok but could have veen cleaner. There was hair in the drains, on sheets, and pullow cases.

Our room was clean I was really surprised how clean it was it smelled fresh not musty and the bathroom was very clean no hair or bugs anywhere, and the front desk staff was awesome, the breakfast was plentiful and again the front desk went out of there way to make sure we could have a comfortable stay due to a death in our family.

Booked a double room when arrived was told only had room with 1 bed had 2 kids that had to sleep on the floor. Room was not clean, no coffee, hair in bath tub, open light sockets. Office staff was not nice or accomodating.

Booked a king room but they ran out of them and gave me a double bed intead which was fine. The first room had a strong cigarette smell even though it was a non smoking room, they were able to move me to a different room. Hot water took a whole lot of time to turn on but eventually it did. Breakfast was okay.

The room smelled like **** and I dont do that stuff. They refuse to put us in another room. The room was not clean even had food in the ice bucket. You can tell someone used the shampoo that is for individual.
The desk people was very rude they will not be willing to help yoh unless you get an attitude. There was bed bugs all between creases of bed and curtains. I will never stay here again.

The exterior doesn't look like much but the room was spacious, clean and nicely laid out. Shower was good and it was nice to have na elevator to get to the upper floors. The evening office staff lady was very friendly and helpful. Coffee and muffins for breakfast were good. Great location off the I-77S & some fast food places & gas stations nearby. Other than not being able to get into the wifi everything was great. We would stay there again!

We were very pleased after being a little discouraged at the exterior. It it doesn't exactly look run down but it doesn't look as nice outside as it did inside. There were the usual riff Raff for a value hotel but nothing threatening. Hotel staff was amazing. Very friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

We arrived late at night & left early in the morning…it provided a clean, warm bed for the night while passing through Charleston. Nothing fancy but very comfortable…which is all we needed/wanted.
