There was a sock and used razor on the ground when I just checked in. Otherwise everything was fine. Parking was $16 after tax. It’s behind the hotel. The entrance parking was full when I got there. 2 free drinks 5:30-7pm and breakfast included. Omelette bar was pretty good. Staff generally were very friendly. Pictures are the view from my room.

We always stay at this Embassy when we travel since this is the halfway point, though this is the first time in 2 summers. We were disappointed about the parking. This Embassy has a 3rd party valet parking for the spots in front of the hotel and the self parking has moved from behind the hotel to across the street behind the empty mall. Breakfast was served until 9:00, but by 8:30 all the buffet items were out—eggs, potatoes, fruit and bacon—and was not replaced—though there were still 30 mins left…

Great location 3 blocks from historic district shops and restaurants, valet parking is easy and not much more than the parking deck. Unless you pay for it, don’t expect to check in a little early. The lobby between 2-4 felt like an airport gate for a delayed flight and the bar doesn’t open until 5pm. Room was spacious, beds a little small, otherwise was great for a weekend with friends.

Do not book this hotel. Booked rooms in April for June stay, prepaid in full, and arrived to find hotel was oversold and they did not have our room. No apology, no offer to help find other options. Had a two-bedroom suite booked and ended up at Marriott across the street in two rooms. When I asked how they could overbook when we prepaid, the desk attendant said, "it happens all the time, but you can get your money back". Very disappointing and very poor customer service.

Arrived at 10:00 pm on 4-26-25 . Valet was kind, patient, and helpful.
Upon arriving to our room 421, it was a bit dated but that is okay, it was semi clean…. Filthy air vent on ceilings in all rooms. The bath tub appears as it could be redone meaning new sealant , it appeared gross in color (the bath tub is not house keeping fault, that falls on the owner) out dated bathroom, broke safe in closet. Fridge that had rusted hinges that made it difficult to open and close. W/e were only there for the night . My husband

Huge safety concerns
We made the decision to depart our trip early because the elevators did not work. This was a huge safety concern for us. My husband has mobility issues so taking the stairs was not an option. I was shocked that we were not offered a partial refund for the danger this situation created to all occupants of the hotel.
