On arrival no welcome drink No explanation of what's available in hotel Room was like a sauna. Account not cope People having glass bottle near pool Noise from pool speakers were like a rage party and only a few No shade provided Asked for a second key as friend worked and days we were separate Only 1 key to a room. Very bad On booking said free breakfast but on arrival was not on booking all bull.... Not a friendly place to stay.

It is indeed a good property. Good location, neat and clean. Buffet was average but they serve good chai & ice-tea ( rare to find in goa. Major problem is localities sitting for cabs rental cars. They don't allow any other outsider be it goa miles or local taxi drivers. Everyone was scared to come to that area which caused a problem for us as these localities also charged us exorbitantly high price for rentals or cabs for airports. Hotel staff was also helpless in this scenario.

Food are good & all facilities avaliable near hotel. There staff are very helpful specially lisa mam

New property at a nice location. The restaurant staff was really good and were very cheerful and helpful, however housekeeping needs to buckle up - we felt they were not proactive. Be it cleaning the room or replacing linens, towel toiletries or water bottles. The front desk i must say is the pathetic and we felt cheated. When we booked the room, we paid for 2 adults and one 7 yo kid, upon booking we immediately called up the hotel and esp requested them to provide us with a queen bed to accommodate kid comfortably, however we were asusred the same would be done upon check in, 2 days prior to check in we again called up the hotel to ask the same and we were told the property is full but will ensure we address the issue. Upon our arrival - we were told that the request can't be accommodated and we were given twin bed - where in single bed can not take the weight of more than 1 adult (not even a kid) and for our kid, we need to get an extra bed (which ofcourse is on chargeable basis. We even discussed with them that how can you expect a 7 year old to sleep alone and also u are expecting us to pay additional when the tariff that was charged at the time of booking included the charges of kid. The only answer we got that this is hotel. Policy and they cant help us! we felt this is hotel policy to cheat guest and make extra money. If your rooms and beds can't accommodate 1 adult and 1 kid the it should not have been charged in the tariff. We checked in on 15th and tried adjusting but it was so uncomfortable that we had to request for additional bed and were charged for the extra bed for 2 nights ! we really felt this is the strategy for hotel to get additional money! despite of location benefit and good food and ambience i dont think we will be visiting this hotel ever and will not even recommend.

Great experience. staff is very very coperative. Whole property is nice. each staff behaviour was very good. Room service was very good. food quality A Grade. you must staty here if you Planning to stay in north goa. cleaniness in whole property was up to the mark. I would definetaly visit this Place

Not happy at all from the behaviour of the staff. Not helpful at all. In name of play amenties they just had a pool table with defective sticks. Near to vagator beach. Doesn't provide any shuttle service of their own, but the guys sitting just outside the hotel under tents were pretty helpful. Property was average or you can saw below average. Worst part was staff and their behaviour. Only best part they are located just in front of jwmarriot, tried dinner there. Food was awsome. Service, staff ambience everything was so perfect. Could have enjoyed at ramada as well only if staff was a bit polite, caring. Buffet breakfast was nice taste wise, neither too elaborate nor too small but more than sufficient to fulfill your breakfast craving.

Room was good and clean. But the house keeping was not upto the mark. Every-time i had to remind them for hand towels. Also the ceiling near the pool area kept leaking and shows lack of proper maintenance. Lastly, you are at the disposal of local taxi goons and cannot choose any other operators. Hotel knows this and does nothing about it.

Luxurious rooms and hotel overall, incredible food and even better staff and service.. Special mention for Altaf in the restaurant..he is a true Gem and host! Overall fantastic experience! Poolside is one of the best visually and maintenance wise as well..Will visit again for sure

It was a pleasant stay and staff was cooperative and helpful throughout the stay. Most importantly, food was delicious and buffet spears was amazing.
