It was a nice stay. The staff was so nice and happy. The front desk was shating some helpful information for local food places. We got a newly renovated room, and I LOVE the room layout. The changes are amazing! I think that I paid what is expected for this room and the location. My room was easy to get to and the room was clean and had a great smell. The the tv and extra USB connections was good, but to have a fridge/microwave combination is a great amenity to have for guests. To be there for a couple of days, the noise was moderate, only because we stayed on preferred side to see places land. Thank you for our stay. We will travel again in winter and prefer to stay at your location.

Room was renovated (still under renovation) but not finished. Very cold and very poorly designed. Closet was in living room not bedroom. Why?

Checked in the evening of November 9th after countless flight cancellations. The front desk lady (I believe her name began with a “T”) did an amazing job keeping her composure and being kind while fielding endless calls and taking in travelers during the shutdown. The room was really nice and the bed exceedingly comfortable!

I didn't think with the construction going on in the building that our stay would be great, the staff from upper management Craig to the front desk staff Lovelette and Tureka went over and above their jobs duties to make sure my family and myself had a awesome stay. I will return again and recommend this hotel to other family members and co workers.

Horrible experience with Courtyard. The person that checked us in told us the elevator stopped working and we would have to take the stairs to our room on the 3rd floor. The building with the working elevator was completely booked. No porter to assist us. Not cool Courtyard!

Vansh’s calm, cool, and collected approach helped make the check-in process run smoothly and efficiently for me and several other guests whose flights were also delayed and cancelled. He knew which rooms had microwaves, breakfast times, etc and was very patient!
