I'll start with the good. The bathroom was a nice size and the shower was wonderful. The king-size bed is also worthy of praise. What's not so good was how noisy the room was. The ceiling wasn't there in the conventional sense, it was just the joists and then the floorboards of the room above, which meant that any movement upstairs was very loud. You also need to be aware that finding the entrance and getting checked-in can be a challenge. If you get a shuttle bus from the airport it will drop you in the general area of the hotel, but to find it you'll need Google Maps, or similar, and then be surprised to discover the hotel's entrance is tucked away around the back of the building. Once you've found it you then realise there's no reception desk. You now need to find the sister hotel - the Elia Bettolo Hotel as that's where you check-in and also where breakfast is served. Fortunately, it is just across the street. Another thing to note is that the tea and coffee options are taken care of via a 'pod' system. On the face of it all good. Except for the fact you only get two coffee pods and once you've used those you're expected to pay for any extras.

It's really incredible! Everything was wonderful cleanliness service everything! I have been 3 times and I will go again as many times as I can for sure!! the best place to relax and rest! And excellent breakfast!it was fantastic!!well done congrats

Three days of Agios Pneumas in Chania The location of the hotel is very good in the market and five minutes from the old port Although next to the busy streets of Potie and Hatzimichalis Daliani the room had very good insulation and we did not notice the outside noise The room we stayed in was however right below the stairwell, so every movement of the visitors was strongly noticeable and especially at night it was very disturbing. The bed had a comfortable mattress and we were provided with extra pillows and bedclothes that we requested. The cleanliness was daily, but unfortunately there were two points that made a negative impression on us 1. the toilet basin was dirty, it had weathered dirt on the bottom and 2. as my ring fell under the bed and I bent down to detect it, I found that there was quite a few days of dust at least, if not weeks. The darkening of the room was very good, there were also shutters and curtains in addition. The entrance to the building was on the back side and there were 4-5 steps so if you have heavy luggage it will be a bit of a struggle. The breakfast was average without daily changes in the menu. Small variety of cold meats and cheeses. The worst part of the breakfast was the coffee. A machine with many failures, a few coffees per dose, the coffee with a bad taste, which I think plays a big role in the water that was supplied and had a bad smell. The water had an unpleasant taste and smell, even when it was cold, and unfortunately bottled water was not available even with an extra charge.
