服務: 服務很好，前台，跟保潔大姐都很熱情
房間設施: 很大，全是窗户，透氣方便，還有一個小陽台
房間景觀: 風景很好，周圍樹木挺多的，養眼
衞生 衞生間有浴缸，洗手池台很大，放東西方便
健身房: 去過最好的酒店健身房了，基本上跟外面的健身 房一樣，設備器械齊全，也很大 這個酒店挺高端的，大廳很大，走廊有躺椅陽 台。大廳還有自助吧，很貼心，推薦

房間吃飯什麼的都挺好的，但是在解決房間設施問題的時候，有位客房女服務員在走廊裏對着我們罵臟話，並且氣沖沖的過來直接用她的卡刷開了我們的房門，拉走了解決問題的師傅，邊走邊用常州話罵，説是我們的問題。週末退房的時候和前台反饋過，前台沒有迴應。
