一開始想住一下複式屋子，比較有特色，但除了這個特色之外，別的就真的不如標準化的酒店服務了。
最吐槽的是早餐，這個早餐和早餐券上真的不能同日而語。而且這個早餐加一份30塊，第二天果斷到對面餐廳吃碗麪算了……
然後複式房子樓上的空調製冷不太行，所以大熱天真的住閣樓很熱……
這個房間隔音是極差的，隔壁也是溜娃，那個娃晚上11點走樓梯，爬上爬下，騰騰騰騰………一個小時………
整個茅山景區現在做互聯網做直播很起勁，但網上出片和實際服務之間，還是有差距，相比人家宣傳和網上營銷做的可能不咋地，但現場服務意外好的，就產生很大對比。這次來茅山，主要也是因為直播和短視頻，但最後發現，也不是説非常不好，但和預期差距還是很大……
管家服務，在前一天去了御水温泉酒店體驗了人家的管家服務之後，這個管家服務衹能説，還不如標化酒店的前台……而且性格非常倔強……管家服務是對標準化服務的附加，是基於對客人同理心後的靈活變通和額外提供的定製化服務，不是加個企業微信發幾個圖片消息就完了，如果衹是這樣，就不要叫管家服務，完全可以叫訊息服務，這樣客人也不會誤解……
也有可能是之前沒有太住過民宿，這次有點意外……
