環境衞生啥的都挺好，就是設施有點一般了，電視屬於遙控關不掉的狀態，挺尷尬，也許就是我那個房間突然出現了狀況ba！但是廁所房間都超級大~這一點很喜歡

環境很好，是在金壇能找到的很好的酒店了，很滿意，金壇酒店給人的第一感覺就是五星級的標配質感啊！從踏入大堂開始，挑高的空間搭配精緻的水晶燈，氣派又不失格調，每一處裝飾都透着用心，花藝、擺件都很有設計感，瞬間就拉滿了高級感。
客房更是沒話説，寬敞明亮不説，床品柔軟得像雲朵，躺上去疲憊感瞬間消失。衞浴間乾濕分離做得超到位，還配了高端洗護用品，細節裏全是貼心。服務也堪稱標桿，從禮賓到客房服務，工作人員都熱情又專業，響應速度特別快，有求必應的同時又不會讓人覺得打擾，分寸感拿捏得恰到好處。
餐飲方面更是驚喜，無論是自助還是零點，菜品顏值和口感都在線，食材新鮮，擺盤精緻，連餐具都透着講究。不管是商務出行還是度假放鬆，這裏都能讓人感受到五星水準的舒適與尊貴，體驗感真的拉滿了！
