酒店位置安靜愜意，旁邊就是濕地公園，設施都比較新，環境很好，住的比較舒適，餐廳飯菜蠻可口。酒店最大的問題是工作人員的服務意識較差，無論是前台、禮賓還是餐廳，不主動，不熱情，不周到，讓人覺得酒店整個管理水平很一般，感覺很不舒服，希望能有大的提高。

小童房適合小童出行，周圍環境優美，媲美西湖。感覺設備有點兒老，冰箱壞了。服務還不錯馬上換了一個。酒店太大了，吃飯出門都要走十幾分鍾。

酒店周邊環境超級美，很高端大氣，早餐品種豐富，床睡起來很舒服，酒店服務也很好，離店的時候客户經理畢立王很熱心，我們行李很多，他還主動幫我把最重的書包背起，感謝感謝😋

住了兩晚，因為到的很晚，換了幾個房間，都是有煙味特別濃重，不過服務員很好，給拿了空氣凈化器，2076房間空調怎麼打都是温度下不來，早餐有待提高，和酒店設施不搭配，早餐九點半結束，晚起就會錯過時間
