My stay at Vienna International Hotel in Changting was a pleasant and comfortable experience overall. The receptionists were welcoming and efficient. Especially the hospitality of Xiaoting Xie,who in charge of the online business. She took her spare time to accompany us to visit the ancient city of Changting. It left a deep impression on me about Changting and Vienna International Hotel. Hope to have the opportunity to stay at your hotel and meet Xiaoting Xie one more time.

環境乾淨，服務員態度好
但是有一個問題必須要整改一下，在攜程首頁有寫“免費接送站”'（圖1-2），但是跟店裡聯繫的時候，店裡説衹能預訂“行政房”才能接送，這個在服務裏面就要寫清楚，如果針對具體某種房型才能接送，就不應該出現在首頁這裏，甚至服務細則裏面也完全沒有提及！！這不就是一種商業欺詐行為嗎？

5分超棒！一次被細節打動的住宿體驗
這次入住完全超出預期，稱得上旅途中的“治癒港灣”。酒店地理位置絕佳，步行3分鐘就是地鐵站，周邊商圈和特色餐館林立，無論是出行還是覓食都格外方便。
最讓人驚喜的是服務的温度。前台小哥不僅快速辦理完入住，還主動遞上歡迎茶，細心提醒附近的小眾景點和避開人流的路線。第二天發現我在趕早班機，還特意提前打包了早餐，連熱飲都用保温袋裝好，細節裏全是用心。
房間的舒適度更是沒話説。床品柔軟得像陷進雲朵裏，隔音效果極佳，一夜睡到自然醒，完全聽不到外界噪音。衞生間打掃得一塵不染，洗漱用品品質上乘，連毛巾都帶着淡淡的清香，讓人住得格外安心。此外，房間的WiFi速度很快，辦公刷劇都毫無卡頓，智能馬桶、可調節燈光等設施也盡顯人性化設計。
如果非要挑點小不足，就是早餐的中式點心種類能再豐富些，但絲毫不影響整體體驗。無論商務出行還是家庭旅遊，這裏都值得強烈推薦，下次來這座城市一定還選這兒！

酒店的服務很用心，昨天下午到古城遊玩，走到一半下大雨，全身都淋濕了，回到酒店諮詢工作人員能否幫忙把衣服拿去洗，服務員特別熱情，幫我衣服拿去洗，烘乾了給我送到房間來，真的是很暖心，以後有機會還會來長汀維也納，非常感謝酒店的服務員，給你點贊👍

那個房間是比較乾淨，事實也比較的行。停車也比較方便。不足的地方。第一是這個馬桶，沖水的聲音比較大，第二就是洗手間，放衣服不方便，要掛在掛鈎上。第三呢就是燈光設計不合理，開一個燈，其他燈都會亮，影響睡眠。
