From the moment I arrived, Miss Jian greeted me with a warm smile and a genuine, welcoming attitude that instantly made me feel at home. Her professionalism was evident as she efficiently handled my check-in process while ensuring that all my questions were answered. She went above and beyond to provide personalized recommendations for local attractions and dining options that truly enhanced my stay. What stood out the most was her attentiveness and willingness to assist. During my stay, I encountered a minor issue, and Miss Jian addressed it promptly and with such a positive demeanor that it transformed a potentially stressful situation into a seamless experience. CSS was a pretty decent hotel. It is outside of the main tourist areas, so it was quiet, but it is still pretty convenient. There are a few nice restaurants close by. The river view is very nice. The hotel was okay overall.

First of all, the location is very good. Although the facilities are a bit old, the five-star service and implementation are still acceptable. The only thing is that the faucet next door or upstairs is very noisy. Once it is turned on, it is impossible to sleep. There were two days when it was basically noisy from 10 am to 12 am. The video shows the sound of the faucet, and the last few seconds are the result of being turned off and instantly quiet. I hope it can be improved. It is a few minutes' walk to Line 6. It is very convenient to go out by subway these days. To the northwest is a special alley next to the Second Provincial Hospital. There is a market and several good small shops. It is close to May Day Square and IFC. But there are too many people on holidays, so it is better not to go.

There is a subway near the hotel that goes directly to Changsha Huanghua Airport. It is also close to May Day Square, which makes travel very convenient. It was lunchtime when I arrived at the hotel and I was a little hungry. I smelled the aroma of roasted sweet potatoes in the hotel lobby, but I thought they needed to be purchased. I didn't expect them to be free. The service of Xiao Wang at the front desk was good and the check-in process was fast. The hotel rooms were clean and tidy, and the price/performance ratio was very high. It is a very good hotel.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making check-in a breeze. The room was spotless, well-appointed, and had all the modern amenities you’d expect for a comfortable stay. The bed was especially cozy, and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made for a restful night. Breakfast offered a great variety, with both local and international options. Overall, this hotel delivered great value, and I’d highly recommend it for both business and leisure travelers.

Bathroom: Very big showering area, I estimate it at around 6-7m2. water heats up quickly and makes for a good showering experience. Living area: also roomy, big windows show a good city view, the bedside outlets are equipped with usb charging ports, pretty convenient. Facilities: Very petite gym room with two treadmills and a small dumbbell rack up to 30kg, a conference room, a laundry room and a small sky garden, all at 12f. No breakfast because of covid restrictions.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights during our first trip to Changsha and the experience was unforgettable. The staff was very friendly and thoughtful. The reception helped us upgrade the room for free. The Concierge Supervisor Nolan Zhou was very helpful and helped us carry the luggage to the room. The cleaning ladies tidied up the room in a meticulous way everyday. The room was very spacious, clean, well-appointed, and equipped with a very large bathroom.

amazing stay, love the extra mile services from (小钟) xiao zhong 👍🏻 whenever we have questions, she speak with patience and understands that we are from overseas. we went to wash our clothes and bumped into her at the lift, she offered to help us to get our dryer clothes and send it back to our hotel room. hotel is pretty too 😍👍🏻❤️ highly recommend!!

If you come to Changsha for tourism, I recommend staying at Sheraton Hotel. First of all, the location is very good. It takes about ten minutes to get to Exit 4 of Furong Square Station on Metro Line 2. It is a relatively quiet place. The hotel is well-equipped. There is a small bar downstairs where you can have a drink at night. The hotel restaurant, fitness room, and swimming pool are all available. I recommend the buffet restaurant on the third floor. The food is very delicious. Buddha jumps over the wall and pan-fried foie gras must be eaten. The room you booked was given two free drinks, and you can choose Starbucks or Cha Yan Yue Se. At around 8 o'clock in the evening, a waiter came to the room to deliver fruit. In the morning, a cleaner came to ask when the room could be cleaned. Everyone greeted with a smile and had a good service attitude. The room provides free purified water and a capsule coffee machine for use. Overall, it is cost-effective. I will definitely choose Sheraton again next time I come to Changsha.
