The hotel was fantastic! YOYO at the front desk upgraded us to a high-floor lake view room, and the scenery, both day and night, was absolutely stunning. The breakfast selection was extensive, and the staff were diligent in refilling items, so there were never any empty dishes. The food quality was excellent, and the fruits were wonderfully sweet. The coffee was also delicious, clearly made with good beans. They even let us take our unfinished coffee to go in a cup, which was a nice touch and showed they weren't stingy at all. Truly a five-star experience! YOYO also kindly offered suggestions for our sightseeing. The service was genuinely excellent, and the entire hotel had a pleasant atmosphere. Any minor issues were resolved promptly without any hassle, and they even delivered complimentary fruit to our room. We'll definitely be staying at the Courtyard by Marriott Changsha South again the next time we visit Changsha.
