My stay here was fantastic! The weather was beautiful these past few days, and the hotel, nestled among mountains and surrounded by water, offered an amazing atmosphere. Our personal butler provided excellent service throughout, responding quickly to every request. When we checked in, the air conditioning in our room wasn't working perfectly, but after we told the butler, they arranged for it to be fixed right away, and the problem was resolved very quickly. Any daily necessities we needed were delivered promptly, and our room was cleaned and tidied immaculately every day. Overall, everything was perfect, and it was convenient for getting around and sightseeing. Next time I'm in Changsha, I'll definitely choose to stay here again.
