The staff were great and extremely friendly. The room was clean with good amenities, the swimming pool had a great view of the city. The gym was very pleasant. The location was very central. Monica Tan was an extremely helpful member of staff who made the trip extremely pleasant. I would recommend 10/10.

Location: It shares the same front space as another hotel, just keep walking to your right to reach this one. The pro here is that it's close to Wuyi Square which is around 10-15 minutes away. There are some restaurants and fruit shops nearby too. It's also pretty close to one of the railway stations, a bit far from the airport though. The bad thing is that it's kind of located on a busy street, so around certain times, there's traffic. Cleanliness: Overall, everything was pretty clean. Service: The front desk girl is really friendly and if you ever need anything, can either WeChat her or call the front desk. She even gifted us with goodies when we left. Facilities: Slept well, bed was soft and comfortable. Everything was pretty good, the only thing I would complain about is probably how high the heater is. I was sweating. Overall, enjoyed my stay here, and would return. I enjoyed having my separate room and having the option for a fridge and microwave just in case. There's free water, snacks, and fruits upon check-in. U.S. passport friendly.

The Sheraton has seen better days but this is offset by the large rooms and bathrooms and kitchen etc. Housekeeping staff were very friendly and looked fir ways to make our stay more pleasant e.g. getting us more drinking water. They were also very quick.at naming-up our room.

I booked a double bed room, and the housekeeper Xiao Qin helped me upgrade it to a one-bedroom apartment. He was very helpful and welcoming. The suite has a washing machine, a large TV, a refrigerator, and free drinks. The facilities and equipment are really complete. I washed my clothes after going out for 2 days, and after drying them, I took them out to dry and wore them the next day. It's great, I have recommended it to my friends who are coming to Changsha

Enter the hotel apartment from the hotel lobby, go straight to the right and pass the elevator to the apartment reception. It is not as luxurious as the hotel reception, and there are not many people to handle it, so you don’t have to queue up. The room for prepaid orders has been prepared in advance, and it has been upgraded to a suite for free. Fruits have been placed in the living room of the room. The room is large and the bathroom is also large. The comfort is very good. Breakfast, gym, and swimming pool are shared with the hotel. Except that Marriott points are not accumulated, everything else is impeccable. I will stay here next time.

It is the most joyful to live in a satisfactory apartment for a family trip. Several service staff are very enthusiastic and prepared welcome fruits and snacks for the room, especially Xiao Tan, who helped deliver takeaways many times. The hotel is within cycling distance of Wuyi Square, which is very convenient. I will stay here again next time I come to Changsha👍

I chose this hotel apartment during the May Day holiday, and I am generally satisfied with it. Location: There are many banks around Kaifu District, which is said to be the financial street of Changsha. It is within ten minutes by taxi from many attractions, including the Provincial Museum, Orange Island, and the pedestrian street. Environment: The hotel is clean and tidy, the environment is very good, and the lobby is bright and well lit. Facilities: Very complete, the hair dryer is easy to use, and there is also a washing machine. Convenient location, very close to the subway, Hunan Museum, and May Day Square. The room is new, facing the street but not noisy, and I slept very comfortably. The breakfast is super rich, and the rice noodle rolls taste great! The swimming pool is large and clean, the water temperature is comfortable, and the sauna is very good. The housekeeper Xiao Qin is very enthusiastic and professional. I sent breakfast to the children.
