Beautiful hotel , good location , very good breakfast and the restaurant has such a amazing variety

One of the best hotel experiences I ever had. From front service to cleaning service, all are very professional, customer-friendly, and respectful. BTW, the breakfast was excellent and well worth the price! Will definitely consider booking this hotel again if visiting Chang Sha next time.

A very historic hotel that even has its own museum! It is an institution in Changsha's history. Sadly it is not aging well with many facilities no longer available such as the swimming pool. If you want a bath book a room in the B building. Don't eat here the food is poor. But do stay here to be part of history.

Overnight stay for transit to another city. Front desk staff was friendly. Location of hotel near the train station but a short walk to nearest subway station. Moderate amenities around the area (perhaps because I’ve not explored enough). Room is clean and of decent size. Fittings a little dated. Recommended for short stay.

The cleaning staff on 21st floor 陈小妹 Chen Xiaomei is very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much!

The luckiest thing about staying in a hotel is that I met someone who is excellent in every aspect. I was warmly received from the moment I stepped into the hotel. The front desk was quick and considerate to upgrade the room type. The room was clean and warm, the bedding was comfortable, and the view outside the window was also good. The swimming pool was clear. The location is also excellent, with many delicious foods around and convenient travel. The staff was warm and thoughtful in their service, and they responded to every request. They gave me fruits and drinks and provided a nightly bed service. This stay was a perfect experience and I will come again next time!
