Th room view towards the riverside. There is a hotel owned bar downstairs but the balcony glass are soundproof so we couldn’t hear anything. We had a great stay. Thanks

That’s a super bad experience, towel is not clean even after room cleaning, there’s still have lipstick on it, the environment of the room feels so weird. The laundry room is old style and the machine too, there’s no any provided detergent, counter didn’t inform as well. For the dryer will only work for 45-47mins, clothes still wet, I’m so disappointed.

This hotel offers good value and is conveniently located near Cavill Avenue, the heart of Surfers Paradise. While the room felt a bit dated, it was still clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly, and the balcony with a lovely river view was a nice bonus.

Good location. Staff was friendly. Had a balcony which has a great view. Sunset and sunrise everyday was nice.

Good hotel for the location and price. A little tired on the inside but overall ideal for a night - handy bar / restaurant on the ground floor, although it closes a little early, and lovely view from the balcony too.

The location is great and has great river view. The room and bathroom are big. However, the glass cannot prevent the water splash and make it very wet and watery after shower
