不愧是新開的酒店，各項硬件設施非常好。大堂用的香氛很濃郁，讓人精神一振；客房走廊非常安靜，不會被其他住客互相干擾；客房也很新，又很寬敞，衞浴設備非常好用；感覺酒店在各方面細節都設想的很周到，棒棒的！
重點需要表揚一下服務，接待我的是sunny，入住前兩天就特地跟我確認了客房的特殊要求，在checkin時正巧碰到了她，很明顯看得出她業務相當熟練，給我們辦理效率很高，然後贈送了我們入住飲料，一杯冰美式下肚感覺人都活過來了。sunny還非常貼心的給我發了好幾家美食店，幫我規劃行程，還贈送了歡迎水果和蛋糕，山姆牛奶。這些真是我沒有想到的，享受到了家人般的關懷。最後離店時又給我女兒一個皇冠假日的小熊貓玩偶，顏值也很高噢。

I have stayed in many five-star hotels and I am familiar with the IHG series, but this is the first time I have experienced the five-star standard + the warm service of a B&B butler.
Sunny started to follow up after the order was placed and provided detailed explanations. During the stay, any questions were responded to immediately.
It happened to be my birthday during the stay. Sunny and Alina must have noticed it and specially arranged birthday gifts, making this trip warm and special.
