我是晚上十二點到酒店的，一進來，前台服務人員就板着個臉，愛搭不理的，我在平台上看到我是可以免費升級的，我就問如果有多餘的房間，可以幫忙升級一下嘛？結果她白了一眼，直接來句“身份證”，我就給了她，一會兒後，第二次我又問了她，可以升個級不，她不耐煩的看了我一眼，點了下頭，再一會兒後，將房卡給我，什麼也沒説，我就問了一句，這是什麼房型，她直接不耐煩的説“你訂的是什麼房型就是什麼房型啊”，我就直接走了，結果給了個最差的大床房，床都是歪着的，第二天聯繫酒店，酒店給了這樣的回覆：（早上跟酒店經理核實，酒店經理告知：1.當時酒店員工可能是剛值完夜班，腦子不太清醒，沒有聽到咱們的一個問話 2.關於房型升級，酒店告知昨天更高一級的大床房都滿房了，衹有雙床房 ，所以沒有給咱升級 3.酒店給咱們安排的房間不規整的問題，酒店是一個半圓形，所有大床房都在裏面相對來説雙床房會更滑規整一些）
大家看看吧，第一點：我晚上十二點到的，她跟我説值夜班，那我請問，如果是這樣，你們酒店讓工作人員幹超過24小時啊，簡直是吸血蟲；第二點：我不是非要升級房型，你不給升級就説嘛，我問了三遍，一直不回答，愛搭不理的，而且我從平台上看，當天是有房間的，不然我不會問，全是撒謊；第三點就不用説了，我給大家上圖。
綜上，如果我不是出差，我根本不會來這裏住，同樣的價格，我真心建議大家看看其他酒店，有些甚至可以到五星，連個像樣的冰箱都沒有，這裏的衞生條件，服務是我目前住過最差的酒店，誰來誰後悔！

第一次體驗該酒店，從電梯到房間走廊有味道，可能是不通風的原因。淋浴發灑不好用，洗手間抽風效果不好味道很重。中央空調的抽風系統噪音很大，嚴重影響睡眠。關了又熱🥵。
