住户素質極差，酒店也不管。早晨其他房間的人大喊大叫，第二天直接狂敲房門，聯繫酒店前台説查監控也沒下文。等我們退房下去找説是交接班了沒和現在上班的説，又説幫我們找監控。最後就告知是其他的長期住户敲錯門了，大早晨在樓道大聲吵鬧再狂敲門，我們在屋裡問是誰也不回答。

住了很多次他們酒店 但是上次我臉上身上起疹子瘙癢過敏 酒店不予處理推卸責任。離開酒店當天以為衹是長了痘痘沒在意 後續一直瘙癢難忍到三甲醫院醫生説是因為居住環境，蟎蟲咬的，通過平台和商家聯繫商家推卸責任 一開始説是飲食問題 醫生寫了蟲咬皮炎 商家又説當天沒處理，通過電話告訴我不解決。差評！住你們酒店多少次了 你能保證每次都不會有問題？出問題態度不好且不好好解決。

下水道反味，停車也開始收費，説要會員（沒説明必須是他們高級別會員），離店了又説掃他們前台碼的粉絲會員不行，必須得金卡，銀卡才行，前面也住了很多次了，以後不會來了。
