Bathroom shower handle broken. Despite asking form non smoking room, still got smoking room. Morning breakfast is not ready on time. Not expecting this from Sheraton.

Not in the centre of town, but conveniently near a Wanda Plaza shopping centre and covid test site. The hotel looks and smells nice, and the executive room that we stayed in was really impressive. It was more a suite, with a full sofa/sitting area between the bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom section had a really classy high ceiling look. Liked the room a lot. The executive lounge was not open separately, but we were able instead to enjoy the full dinner and breakfast buffets in the 1st floor restaurants. The selection and quality of the foods for both was very impressive and delicious, and we highly recommend them. This was a nice experience overall, and definitely worth the reasonable price.

This stay was a pleasant surprise! The hotel is in an excellent location, and it is very convenient for shopping and dining. The room is spacious and bright, and the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows have a great view. It is so relaxing to overlook the city night view at night. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas. What I remember most is the service. When I needed a sewing kit during the stay, the staff delivered it to the room in less than 5 minutes. When I checked out, Phoebe took the initiative to ask for help calling a taxi, which was very considerate! The whole experience was comfortable and worry-free, and I have recommended it to my friends.

The only drawback is that the doorman lacks service awareness.
